We spent one night and we were very pleased with everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good but could have had a few more selections. Staff was extremely friendly and the room rate was very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we were welcomed at the reception area everyone and everything has been par excellence! The rooms are clean The bed is comfy with lots of pillows Microwave and mini refrigerator in room plus coffee maker There’s a little snack alcove off the lobby and the frozen chicken quesadillas were pretty good and priced right!! Aside from no grass/faux grass on the property everything was great!!!

This is the best hotel in Flagstaff. I highly recommend it! They have comfortable beds, the suites are awesome, pool is clean and big, the breakfast is great! I always stay here when we come. Thank you, La Quinta!

This hotel was awesome!! Employees were VERY nice, starting from when we first checked in, the young gentleman was very informative and was very nice about changes and made it easy and convenient for us! He deserves an appreciative and the miss that was learning from him. She will do great too because the gentleman was teaching her. Everything else was clean and even the pool was a great experience. Thank you !! As you can see our kids had a blast here! We will be returning again for sure

The hotel was very nice and had clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great! I just had a not so pleasant experience while checking in. The woman who checked us in was somehow rude and condescending. I was checking in 3 rooms and the manner she spoke to me about what she needed was not expected of a front office person. It was not until my daughter said out loud “Oh how welcoming!” did the woman change her tone. Otherwise our stay was great.

Room and all public areas were super clean. Plenty of convenient places to take our dogs out. The hot tub/pool was very clean and the hot tub plenty warm with nice strong jets. Everyone we encountered at the front desk were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was on time , hot, and great selection. Excellent place to stag and relax

Overbooked the hotel.
Kicked us out of our room.
Removed our belongings when we were hours away from the hotel.
The manager, Jessica, was horrible, needs schooling in customer service and has no business working in the HOSPITALITY industry.
The independent owner needs to know how the hotel is being poorly managed.

We stay at this hotel on our way to and from Colorado. We find it very close to Highway 40 and very convenient. The hotel is very clean and rooms are always very clean. We enjoy their morning breakfasts and the good tasting coffee. We are frequent visitors to this hotel. It is close to restaurants after you have been driving all day.
