Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by a nice, professional desk clerk. We did not have any issues checking in. I was very pleased with our room. It was very clean, beautiful floors, no carpet. the bed was amazingly comfortable. Restaurants are in close walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here. I want to shout out to the desk clerk that checked us out on St. Patties day DD. She's wonderful.

The staff was very supportive. They upgraded our room to the Presidential Suite for no additional charge since it was our 50th Anniversary. Great hot tub!

Shoutout to Toni for a clean room, and Crystal, DD and Rhonda for the front desk help! Very kind and smart staff, so thank you for that.

The only things I really didn't like had to do with structure: Renovation remnants like plaster dust where the room tv used to be, plaster dust in the gym by the curtains (I'd love if there was a purifier in there just to breathe easier) and quite a lot of black scuff marks IN the shower that seem to be permanent. I would also like if the shampoo/conditioner/lotion bottles weren't reused with each guest, as they seem to be single-use size and it's kinda gross to me.

The hotel itself is lovely, though. I was pleasantly surprised how updated and clean it was, and the breakfast hit the spot. Good eggs!

Definitely not as hoped! Better to spend a few more dollars and get better brand hotel feel and quality! BTW if you want the tv remotes to work, bring your own batteries or remotes. Unfortunate, especially for a suite room and price.

Easy to check in and the room was clean and inviting. No noise throughout the night making for great rest. Breakfast choices are good. Staff were attentive and ready to help. Will stay again.

We stayed here from 2/2-2/3. The front desk manager could not be more bored checking us in and acted like it was an inconvenience she had to do her job. In our room, we were struggling to get the tv to work as all channels were frozen and would not work. We tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work even though it was plugged in. I called on my personal phone and I got sent to voicemail after the phone rang for a few minutes. We had to call three times just to get the front desk on our personal phones. The second floor smelled awful and there was a clump of some white substance on the floor of the elevator. Finally got the front desk manager to answer and send someone to come up to the room (again at such an inconvenience to her). The man that came up to help us with the TV was nice but the front desk woman was awful. Will NOT be staying here again if I can help it. The price wasn't bad for a night but my God if you don't want to be treated like you're not welcome in the hotel you're paying for don't come here. At least the rooms were decently cleaned.

We did a last minute walk-in and were welcomed beautifully. Miranda was fantastic and accommodating. She provided great information and was very welcoming to this weary traveler momma and her kids. The room was clean and spacious. I will return next time in in the area. Very convenient.
