The hotel is about as good as it gets! Check-in was smooth and quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property and the hotel were spotless! The view as you enter the lobby rivals that of an upscale hotel. We loved our stay at this property!

Stopped here for the night driving from TX to NC. This is the best La Quinta we've been to in years! Excellent value at the room rate, but taxes and fees are high in this area. Pet fee is average, but paying a deposit is unusual. At least, the deposit is refundable, which we expect to have returned to us. Both room and bathroom were very clean. Shower is in a porcelain tub that was spotless but slippery, so be careful!! Tons of water pressure and hot water. Breakfast buffet looked great, but I only stopped for coffee, which was hot and strong. Much better than typical watery hotel coffee. The staff was very friendly. This was the best hotel experience we've had in our 3-week holiday journey from FL to CO to TX and NC.

Checked into the Hotel for a four night stay. Room layout was not what I selected online. Much smaller. Room smelled horrible. MUSTY and MILDEW. Like a high school football looker room after a game. When I laid on the mattress it folded and I sunk into the crease. The pull out sofa bed mattress was so thin you could feel the springs poking into your skin. Bathroom was filthy. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. We checked out 15 minutes after arriving and checked into Homes 2 Suites which is a wonderful Hotel! Called Expedia to request a refund. Expedia said La Quinta refused to issue a refund. The hotel was barely booked so we did not prevent them from booking someone else. So although we did not stay, I am out $700 bucks because the owners lack the decency to refund our money even though we DID NOT STAY! I will attempt to speak with management again to see if they will do the right thing. WARNING! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Stayed here for a girls’ trip weekend because of its convenient location to the Vampire Diaries attractions. We’d never stayed at a La Quinta Inn before and we never will again. We requested two rooms beside each other and they gave us rooms on different floors and would not move them. The front desk personnel were rude and super weird about giving us clean towels and wash cloths (even though there were not 4 sets in the room and we had 4 people staying in there). When we went to exchange them the second time (they made us take our dirty towels to them to get fresh towels), the lady working the desk that evening tried to lie and say they were out and we couldn’t have anymore (despite previously telling us we could). When another person staying at the hotel came and asked for towels and washcloths because theirs had been taken by the cleaning crew and not replaced, she went and got more… and begrudgingly brought additional washcloths for us as well. Again, 4 people in our room and she only wanted to give us 2. What in the world?! I understand wanting to be frugal, but you should have enough linens to accommodate your guests. The room itself was dirty. The bathroom had a used washcloth left in it. The light fixtures and furniture all had dust on them. The pictures on the wall literally had a layer of dust stuck to the entire thing. Our beds were acceptable, but honestly, if we had seen the room prior to paying for it, we probably would’ve gone somewhere else. Lesson learned.

We've stayed at this LaQuinta many, many times over the past 8 years, but this last time is our last time. Room prices are getting out of control, amenities have diminished over the years and the breakfasts are about as minimal as it can get. Powdered eggs were horrible and the sausage dried out and tasteless and the orange juice seemed watered down. There's a sign posted that taking food to rooms to eat is no longer allowed, also. The lounge area on the lower level closes at 9:00 p.m. so no hanging out catching up with friends and family is out of the question no matter how quiet you are being. While our room was pretty decent, the carpets throughout the hotel are disgustingly dirty and stained and look horrible....it definitely makes it feel run down and neglected. Except for the location, we really have no other reason to continue to patronize this location and will stay elsewhere on our next trip to Conyers/Covington.

The location was perfect for our needs. However, the shower head wasn't secure, and there was no hot water, just warm, which was a bit of an issue since the temperatures were in the low 30s. The food was tasty with plenty of options, and the staff was friendly. The area felt very safe, well-lit, and easy for Uber to locate us. Overall, I would stay again.

This hotel is in a great location and is decently clean. Do not use a UV light. However, the service is sub-par. When you book they do not listen and everything has to be repeated several times. Upon check in they act like they are doing you a favor. Also, I asked to have four sheets of computer paper for some work notes and was told no. I know this is not their role, but come on, I’m paying a premium. Surely I can get $.05 worth of paper for a $175 room.

First impression, very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the front desk. We did the online check in. Very convenient. The rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. We brought our 2 little dogs. Pretty free was very reasonable, the fact they were pretty friendly was a huge plus for us. We were just traveling through on our way to Florida.
