I stayed here with my 2 dogs many nights this past month while in the area for business. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean.

I favor La Quinta in general when I'm traveling across the country by car with my dogs because they're known for accepting dogs and keeping prices reasonable. So I have stayed in lots of La Quinta over the years. They're not all created equal. Some locations are cleaner than others. This Macedonia OH location is kept clean. It's an extra effort when you have lots of pets coming through all the time. This location stayed on top of it all. Especially helpful for me, was that there were no weird odors either from the guests or the cleaning solutions.

The location was convenient too. Fairly easy on and off the highway, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Perfect review from me! The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The pool and hot tub were sufficient and in working order! The staff were friendly and didn't make me feel like I was a criminal or rushing me to leave. Breakfast was pretty good as well. I will be staying here again when in town! Thank you.

My husband and I travel from Kentucky to Ohio five or six times a month, we normally stay at my son‘s house and pay rent, but we decided to give them some alone time as well as us. Besides for having A worker that doesn’t speak English pounding on my door as I am butt naked trying to get out of the shower asking me if I smoked a cigarette in my room, within five minutes, the front desk calling my husband over and over again when we literally just we’re still in the shower and drying off. Found a bunch of dirty crumbs and stuff under the little part under the bed and in between the nightstand and wall it’s like they never clean it. The hot tub felt great but way too many study bubbles in it. It’s like that it poured bleach in it and don’t check the levels. At least you know it’s clean, but it did break my little necklace I had on and turn my black shirt, brown the rim of the Hot tub is black like they never ever cleaned it. Not this time but the last time we stayed I had to call the front desk five different times because there are people partying outside and being so loud that I couldn’t even sleep at 3 o’clock in the morning. They did absolutely nothing customer services extended my time until 12 so I can get some rest before traveling back five hours And then front desk literally called me 20 times saying that the customer service of Whyndam didn’t extend it I think there’s a communication issue with the front desk. then they have you do mobile check-in on your app and you still have to go to the front and get ID even though you showed ID in the app and all the paperwork you sign in the app is useless because you have to do it at the front desk though. They don’t have mobile check in there. The check in Keys and locks don’t have accessibility for being mobile. Also we stayed two consecutive days when we checked in, we stayed two nights two days and the next morning I was going to work and went out the side door, forgot something and went to use the side door and my key didn’t work so then I called my husband to bring it out and he was locked out too because they didn’t set our keys for two nights they only set them for one night, also the next morning, even though we were staying tonight two days the TV logged me out of everything I was logged in and said thanks for my stay even though I still had another night

Clean and comfortable. Beds are comfy, shower is hot. Priced like a motel, but as nice as the higher priced chains. Breakfast is good. Staff friendly. I stay here about once a month and have no reason to find another spot. The place smells nice and clean. No issues after several stays.

The smell of incense was just too overpowering at this location, on every floor. It gave me a headache. |The staff was friendly. My son and I enjoyed the hot tub and pool, but there was hair on the floor so could have been cleaner. The bedding was thin, would have liked a thicker comforter or blanket. The shower and tub was in working order, as was the elevator. There is no washer or dryer in the guest landry area on the 4th floor.

Rooms are run down and suffers from neglect. Fitted sheet did not fit the mattress. Found hairs in the shower. Sheets were clean but with noticeable stains. Morning coffee was pretty good.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this La Quinta. Are they under staffed, under resourced, or something else?

The heat did not work in all the rooms, forcing us to request a room change which the staff did accommodate.

Front desk staff was nice but even that could not make up for the room experience.

Very dirty. Very stingy with towels. We paid for 3 rooms for 2 nights. Each room had 5 guests. They only gave us two towels per room. When we got to the pool I asked for towels for the pool, they told me they hit their limit. I asked if I could bring them the towels that were used inside the pool he said no. After a lady at the front desk telling us they’re washing more and to come back later. I told him this he said unfortunately we can’t. I have never been in a situation where I was discriminated against. The pool was filled with people of color so I could see where this is going. So I went to the pool grabbed my Caucasian wife and had her go ask him. She brought the towels back that I tried to give them and he GAVE HER 5 TOWELS. We left after our kids started getting rashes and bumps on their skin from the pool.

Your hot tubs are disgusting the foam was black and there is black mold in the corners of the pool and on the walls. Very disappointed and was not reimbursed for my stay. The health department needs to shut your racist dirty ran establishment down. And your hallways smell like Indian food.

I gave the rooms 1 star wish i could 0 stars, i should not see roaches freely crawling around on the walls in the hallway(s) and doorframes! I booked here for my daughters birthday weekend she wanted to have sleepover with her friends, i checked in at 8pm and LEFT at 12:30am!! Y’all need to do some serious work in this hotel, the pool and hot tub was very very dirty, there were no towels in the pool area and when we had to ask for some the lady was rude and said they weren’t allowed to give out extra towels There wasn’t any in there to begin with! THEN when i informed the front desk about the roaches i seen they asked if i would want a different room? HELL NO!! I want my money back, was told i was gonna receive a refund and have yet to receive my money back and I’m not understanding and i know it typically takes 5-7, 7-10 business days etc but it’s been waaaay over and I’m going to file a police report. I tried to be nice about it and not even mention it to or around anyone in the lobby because i didn’t wanna embarrass them or want them to feel as if i had ruined their “sale” but no, they have roaches baby roaches AND adult roaches and they know they have them because they weren’t even surprised about it when i brought it up. Soooo please stay away from here because roaches don’t just look for food they look for a home too!
