Very nice off Route 66 and Will Rogers highway |Washer 23 needs repair. Rooms great. Loved that had TV guide as we stopped to get out of wind and watch March Madness! Guide sure helped! Breakfast great. Staff at desk were great. Didn’t get to try pool or fitness but looked great. Breakfast nice. Cleaning staff had colorful conversation w herself or someone and I had to chuckle. Guess prior guest left a mess. Carpet in hall needs cleaned or replaced. Housekeeping does great. Nightstand could use wipe down as small spill or something ||No Gideon Bible :(.

Bed Bugs! Beware! Terrible Customer Service!||My daughter and I stayed at this location for a 2 day dance competition in Claremore. The first night at 10:00 PM, after we unpacked our belongings, my daughter found a bed bug on top of the comforter. I captured the bed bug in a cup. I promptly took it to the front desk. I was given new room on the first floor and told I needed to talk to the manager the next day. It was past midnight when I was able to check for more bed bugs, repack our suitcases, check the new room for bed bugs, an move our things into the new room. |The next day, I asked for the manager and was told she wasn't there. The receptionist did call her. I was told I would receive a refund for our first night stay. Honestly, I didn't think that was enough considering all I had to endure that night, the stress and anxiety of being exposed to bed bugs, and all the cleaning I would have to do before my belongings could go back into my house. But, I was exhausted and wanted to move on. Upon check out, I was told only a manager could give me the refund so I would have to pay the whole amount and a manager would issue by refund "first thing" Monday morning and send me a confirmation email. The receptionist told me a copy of my bill was taped to the manager's door.|On Monday at 3:00 PM, I still didn't have a refund. I had to call the hotel and once again request my refund. Finally, I received my credit.|I've spent hours doing laundry and steam cleaning items that can't be laundered. I have a section of my garage with things I can't clean that will have to be quarantined until it gets hot enough to the kill any bed bugs or they die of starvation. |So, when I was received an emailed from Wyndham Guest Services asking about my stay, I let them know of my horrible experience. They sent me to Customer Services who told me they would file a case. This morning I was send an e-mail from Wyndham stating they can't do anything and I need to reach out directly for to the La Quinta in Claremore for resolution. SO FRUSTRATING!! Any hotel can have bed bugs. It's how the hotel handles the situation. This hotel did an awful job. Needless to say, I will never stay here again and I will tell anyone who listen about my experience. STAY AWAY!! It isn't worth the close proximity to performing arts center.

After 2 longs days of travel with my elderly sick father and 1 more to go we pulled into Claremore, OK about to have a mental breakdown. I was about to burst into tears when Meghan met me with a friendly and cheerful smile and positive attitude. After listening to my uncontrollable trauma rant she said "I got you, don't worry". She checked me into 2 rooms next to each other with ease of access to the lobby and breakfast for my father. She gave me a wonderful recommendation for a restaurant less than a block away (Eggberts) and let me decompress with a hot cup of tea while relaxing in the lobby. She and Tasha helped me with questions about the area and we're both exceedingly friendly.

Breakfast was hot, fresh and quite good in the morning. Our rooms were clean and well kept with the addition of a shower chair for my dad while we went to get dinner. I would highly recommend pulling in for a relaxing stay. I cannot thank those ladies enough for their kindness and help for another human who was struggling on a weary road.

Avoid at all costs. I would give zero stars if I could. My wife and daughter recently booked a 2-night stay for a competition in town and I was coming up for the 2nd night. Well, after the first night, several other families in our group found bed bugs in their rooms. Absolutely not! My wife began searching for a room at another hotel and found one in Owasso (which was great, by the way). She went to check out, explained the situation, and at the time they were very accommodating. She was told she would only be charged for the first night, and we have a printed, hard copy of a receipt showing a charge for only the first night. Well, now they have decided to go back on their word and charge us for both nights. They have been incredibly rude, disrespectful, and are flat out lying about what we were told which is amazing given the fact we have an actual receipt. We are now having to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Word of advice...you're better off sleeping in your car than this bed bug infested dump of a hotel that will lie and treat you like garbage.

Review of La Quinta Inn & Suites – Claremore, Oklahoma

My wife, son, and I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Claremore for a 5-night visit. While the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the condition of the room and overall experience left much to be desired.

First, the positives: the staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The shower was also a highlight of the room—good water pressure and fully functional.

Unfortunately, the rest of the room did not meet expectations. There were several areas in need of repair, and the toilet was in such poor condition it likely needs to be replaced. The couch appeared worn out, the office-style chair in the room was cracked and worn, and the mattress was an old, uncomfortable style that left me with a kink in my neck, requiring a visit to the chiropractor once I’m back home. The pillows were also extremely firm, which added to the discomfort.

Breakfast was another letdown. Other than the waffles, the selection and quality were lacking, which was disappointing given the length of our stay.

To be honest, I’ve stayed at Motel 6 in the past for almost half the cost of La Quinta and had better quality rooms. We typically stay at Homewood Suites when visiting the Tulsa area a couple of times a year. This time, we opted to save some money by booking La Quinta, but it wasn’t worth the savings.

While the staff did their best, the condition of the room and the uncomfortable amenities made this a disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the rooms and facilities.

Last night I needed a room, my pipes broke in my home. The lady was very nice who checked me in. My room was very clean and very quiet. I got needed rest and took a hot shower. The stay was very relaxing. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

This was the 3rd LaQuinta I stayed at in March during my trip from St Louis to Georgetown, TX, and back. Muskogee was excellent; Sherman, TX, was problematic upon departure; and Claremore was adequate. I gave 4 stars because it is in need of renovation, which I learned was to happen soon. Staff was very polite and helpful.
