Picture from the outside was beautiful. Then we checked in. OMG! Maybe the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. The floors are never swept or mopped and the carpet is filthy. Breakfast was included with the occupancy, but there was nothing on the buffet. Literally, no bread items and the waffle mix was empty 2 out of the 4 days that we stayed. Beds weren't bad and the best thing that I can say about the hotel is that there were no cockroaches or bed bugs. Thank goodness. Shocked that this is a Wyndham hotel. If it was $40 a night I wouldn't complain, but at $175 a night, it is almost criminal. Almost ruined the nice trip to Phoenix.

After a long flight being delayed and all was hoping to get a nice hotel but no first room we got open the door the room was not clean the bed was not made so we went back to the office waited and waited finally we got another room walked in and had the bad smell like old smell mildew. We were so tired and just slept then my husband woke me up to more complaints his getting ready for his first day on the job and he could barely get ready . The bathroom sink was leaking from underneath water all over the bathroom. So we just decided to check out earliest we can and go to another place. Good luck everyone I wouldn’t consider staying here even if your on a budget DON’T!!!!!

Terrible terrible terrible. The airport shuttle was a mess up the hotel itself was disgusting on the outside dirty unkempt and that was seeing at nighttime the first room I was given had stains all over the carpet and dirt and debris and there were items in the closet from prior people. I was sent to an upgraded room but also not up to par. The bathtub was painted over poorly and the drain part that was sitting on the tub rim of course not possible to take a bath. I have always stayed at Laquita’s because I could count on them being ok but no more! The only thing positive was the front desk person who was trying her best to accommodate and believe me in this place she has a hard job

Worst motel stay ever. Started off by opening our room with a guy already in our room. Had to go to office to change rooms. Garbage and hair on the floor in the bathroom. Two nobs in tub but the hot water nob didn’t work, so no hot water. No fan on a/c unit. Cannot control the channels on the tv. After midnight someone was vacuuming next door. That went on for a couple of hrs. Could hear people rolling their bags on the ground outside our door until 1am. If the fan worked that might not have been a problem! They said we would get a discount since we walked in on a guy in the room they gave us. We’ll see if that happens. Our stay should be free with all the problems! Couldn’t even get a shower!

Pictures are odd on website. Room was clean but in rough shape and smell - possibly mold issue. AC was not working. I ended up leaving early partly due to work and accommodations. When I brought up that the AC was not working, it didn’t surprise the front desk. Normally, they would send someone to check out it, he offered to switch rooms.

If my wife was traveling with me, she would have not stayed. It was convenient for me for work and tried to make the best of it.

The common areas from the lobby, to the courtyard to the breakfast to the exercise room were nice. The room left some things to be desired: the toilet would stick, wall light by the desk only worked in strobe mode, and the TV had to be replaced ( they were very responsive on the tv action). Room could use repainting. The bed we’re comfortable, the a/c worked well and was not noisy, fridge was nice, m-wave was nice to have available as was the room coffee maker. Room had the requisite soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron and board, closet and dresser. Overall it was a good visit.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced! DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked on Expedia because it was close to the airport and the hotel looked nothing like the dated photos - It was super run-down and everything was filthy. When I booked, it said “free shuttle”, then was told it was $12 per trip.
We checked in around 8pm and on our way to the elevator, we noticed some people in the courtyard who looked like they were not hotel guests, but people loitering. One woman was straightening her hair using one of the outlets.
We walked into the elevator and there were a handful of shrimp tails on the floor?! And then a big pile of dirty towels on the cement floor beside the elevator (outside), and garbage piled up outside many rooms. We got to our room and the beds were not made. Went to the lobby to tell the front desk person and he gave us another room. Room #2 smelled SO bad of cigarette smoke, it was disgusting. This room had NO shower curtain, mystery stains on the carpet. Frustrated, I went back down to the lobby and we were given one last room. This one had garbage and hair behind the bathroom door. I was too tired to do anything else and just gave up and stayed in it.
After my complaints, the front desk person was apologetic and took the $12 shuttle charge off my bill, but still to pay over $100 for a stay at this disgusting hotel is not right.

This isn't just my experience, but many others who were on my flight that the airline booked us for the night.

This place is disgusting and ran down. Multiple rooms with inoperable AC units. Locks not working, trash not cleaned out of the rooms, bodily fluids not cleaned on the toilets, body hair, in the tub and floors. A family of 5 had to spend $600 to get a car rental because the shuttle stopped running. Luckily they had a large enough vehicle for them, plus luggage, for them to sleep in the rental instead of the room.

The person at the front desk was nice to help those who wanted to switch rooms with ACs not working. The morning staff seemed decent too. The shuttle driver was a little upset with having to figure out how to fit a family of 4 with 5 bags, plus and additional passenger with their bags in the shuttle to the airport. Luckily everything fit with luggage between the two seats in the second row of the mini van.

We didn't get to view the surrounding area during daylight, but the assumption is that it is as well a run down area, with no places to eat or gas station within walking distance. Even if there was, I would not have walked to one either.
