Air conditioner was very cold. The pool was sparkling clean. Matt at the front desk is a professional and personable. Breakfast was good ?
Nice towels and sheets. Nice room, and the refrigerator and microwave work. Housekeeping does a great job. There is a business center. Guest laundry is on the 3rd floor, and it works great. Ice machine. I would stay here again.

Beds are in poor shape.
AC works but can't Dehumidify.
Bathroom Exhaust doesn't work.
Shower curtain doesn't fit bath.
Housekeeping is inconvenience. Sheets are disappointing. Breakfast is Abysmal. Ample space in the rooms.
Black marks under fridge.
Curtains are decent.
Office desk is nice to have.
Couch is meh.
The vibe is meh.
Still pricy for some reason too
(Another room said their TV doesn't work)
If the Neighboring hotels didn't also suck and this is the closest to work. I wouldn't use it.
I have been in Ecolodges with better options and support.

Waste of time. They lie and say they’re at the front desk and when you get there, nobody’s there. The employee on the phone told me I can come in and someone will be there, but I had to wait 3 hours and call the call center multiple times until I finally asked for a manager and a random guy came out. He’s been here the entire time!? You have to be kidding! Now he’s talking about check in past 3pm or you get charged an extra fee, but I’m over it. I traveled from a different state. I definitely don’t recommend making Mississippi in this part of town your home town if you’re new and not renting apartments/houses.

Needed a dog friendly hotel and have never been let down by La Quinta. I guess there’s a first time for everything . Not only was there a $50 deposit, but we were not allowed to leave our well behaved dog in the room alone. (what’s the point of being dog friendly?)
Upon checking in we realized that the mattress was probably the original from when the hotel opened.
Hardware in the room were rusty, bathroom was grimy and only half of the air conditioning unit vent was working. In addition to all the that the staff was unfriendly and not accommodating. It always seemed like we were inconveniencing them when asking something. The breakfast was non-existent to put it nicely. I should have read the reviews prior but I absolutely would agree this hotel is not worth the price, we should have stayed in our car.

The guy working the front desk was extremely helpful he doesn't advertise this but he often have fresh bake chocolate chip cookies and I'm pretty sure he like rocks like that black tony fells they were every inclusive

I gave it an overall 4 star due to the breakfast. Not a great variety and everything from eggs to biscuits were cold.

Absolute HORRIBLE hotel. Upon checking in, entryways and lobby was nice and clean but it went downhill from there. Elevator was nasty with old food on floor. Changed rooms 3 times due to musty smells and condition of the rooms. Settled on 3rd room and was hardly better. Was stuck staying at hotel, would not let me leave with refund. Rooms are complete garbage, mold growing in rooms, smoke damages in room, holes in wall, chair at desk was completely trashed like they found it in someone’s trash can and put it in the room. The front desk people did not care at all. Breakfast was hardly even a breakfast. Nothing to drink except coffee, no orange juice as they said sorry they have to order more, they said that about the food too. They would not refill the milk at 8am, still an hour left of breakfast. Will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Stay away and go somewhere else if you want a clean room and a halfway decent room. Will be contacting corporate and giving them pictures to prove my claim.

Loved this place will be back for sure very clean environment and staff is great..they take good care of there guest and welcomed us breakfast is awesome..thanks for the hospitality
