The room was clean, the service was great. One of the screws came loose on the door lock and we were temporarily unable to get out of the room. The front desk person acted swiftly and brought us a screwdriver and we let ourselves out. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy, not too soft and not too firm. It was not noisy like others I have stayed in. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again. I really recommend this place.

The atmosphere was very inviting and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was always hot with plenty to eat and staff was ready to serve you at all times.

Great staff, clean facility, always a great place to stay. This is the only place we stay at in El Dorado. Best value for the price, nice, big rooms, comfy beds, breakfast every morning, coffee available 24/7, and a friendly, welcoming staff.

Walk in price for king bed reg room, $144, online price $104 (No discounts, no special rates.) How can they do that? Each room should have a set rate. I set in parking lot and booked online.

It's an old property but well taken care of. No weird smells. Non smoking rooms were truly non. No marijuana users. Lights in parking lot were great to take out dogs. Very quiet. Breakfast on par. The employees went out of their way to be friendly and inviting. Great owners were very warm and most accommodating to need to check in early. Great location.

No elevator and the carpet was ripped up on the room. Got a contact high walking down the hall and if the AC was not on the room smelled.
