The bedding was clean, warm. FOUR pillows on each bed! The room was very clean and they smell very nicely refreshed. Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in this area, I am from Virginia and the standards at this La Quinta for the price of the stay was VERY impressive. The free breakfast was quality, healthy food. Not fake eggs. Wish I could live there a bit longer

Nice clean room there was mold in the bathroom shower and ceiling but overall good. The halls were clean, the orense was clean. The toilet seat was loose i tightened it. Overall it was a pleasant stay without major complaints. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Good, affordable place to stay close to Cleveland. We visited for the weekend and had an easy check in and check out experience. Only complaint is they allow pets, and the room above us let their dog run around all night, which was loud. But the hotel itself was good, and we would probably stay again if in the area

Rishi is VERY friendly, accommadating, and swift. He is one of the best front desk customer service reps Ive come across. The room was as expected; clean, organized, everything WORKED!! The bed was comfy, pillows were great, and the tv was pretty good too! The microwave was loud though and the bathtub was kind of small. I appreciated that there was a closet for our coats!! All the lights WORKED!! ANYTIME I had any kind of a small prob it was fixed by the front staff. The breakfast offered is pretty good. They offer a variety of items. The only hot item is the waffle maker, but that was ok with us. We are enjoying our stay!!

Extremely clean room, everything worked correctly, tge room smells good.Polite, friendly front desk clerks. Check in was very fast and hassle free. Breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend! You won’t disappointed!! We will continue to use La Quinta for all our adventures!

I checked in and when I got to the room the door was open and room was not clean. I went to the front desk and he apologized and gave me a new room. In the new room the sink clogged and there was standing water and hair in the bathtub. I reported 2nd room to front desk and he offered me a new room. I asked for a refund but he said all he could do is offer me a new room. I declined and went to another hotel.

The desk clerk was not accommodating at all. I checked in late@1am on a Saturday morning after driving all day and he was short with me and his accent made him hard to understand. Then I got to my room and both the to and bottom locks were broken. I didn't feel very safe but at this point I didn't want to move if they even had another room available! Needless to say it wasn't totally worth the $117 I paid for the room.
