Connecticut has a pretty weak Mexican food scene, but this place shines. Absolutely wonderful. This is food that tastes like it's from a Taqueria or a Taco truck back home in San Diego. House made tortillas even. Shown are Carnitas tacos. Not the pulled pork tacos a lot of places try to pass off as carnitas. House made rojo and Verde sauces complete a real Mexican food experience. Muy sabor. Legit. Don't forget to tip please,

If you are looking for authentic carnitas tacos, not just a small pile of shredded pork on a tortilla then this is the place for you! I lived in San Diego and it is difficult to find good Mexican food in CT. I'm never disappointed when I come here.

I never expected to find a good taqueria in CT. If you love mexican food and your friends havent recommended this place, then you have bad friends. The grocery store sells authentic Mexican products that are hard to find elsewhere. I highly recommend the carnitas enchiladas in any form. Ask for the red sauce.
