Had two long layovers in Phoenix 11/15/24 and 11/17/24. We struggled to find fresh, healthy options in the Phoenix airport until we found la Madeleine. The staff was so friendly, efficient, and accommodating. They let us order the mozzarella sandwich warm, instead of cold. It was delicious with their tomato soup, and made a comforting hot meal during a long day of travel. So good, we ordered the same meal again on our return. Thank you for the great service!

I tried the Turkey Croque Monsieur. It was tasty. I gobbled that up like an HOA Karen pig. Yum. The food is expensive though but that's airport prices for y'all.

Food was good at the Airport level. I liked the turkey monsieur croquet. More than that was the service. The staff was friendly and cared as if they owned the business. I always appreciate the pride and attention to detail people have for what they do.

Stopped for some of their delicious mushroom soup and a sandwich. My sandwich was soggy, so I asked if I could get a fresh one made. Alex was very apologetic and offered to make a fresh hot sandwich, which was great. Wonderful customer service Alex!

The older short lady at the front is an absolute terror. No customer service at all, giving lots of attitude to her staff in front of customers. Very snappy, poor customer service and not professional.

It’s unfortunate to leave this review because the food is actually really good.

To the young guys working there, keep up the good energy and attitude you’ve been giving, don’t let her take that away from you. The younger lady that’s new, you were great, sorry the older lady was biting your head off for asking simple questions.

Skip McDonald’s and go here! Right next to the B18 gate this place is perfectly placed and the people working here are so friendly. I didn’t catch your names, but whoever opened on 11/30, y’all started my long day of travel very nice. Also, the breakfast croissant has real cheese, real bacon, and is huge and delicious!

This employee is why we chose to eat here. He was so entertaining and enthusiastic. He sold the sandwiches while we were looking at the menu and trying to decide on a place to eat. The sandwiches soup and pastries were delicious. And the entertainment was much appreciated with a delayed flight.
