Authentic Mexican food with lots of vegetarian options. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. Huge portions. Great vibe! Best tamales, chili rellenos, farm style enchiladas.

Small and rustic, warm and comfortable. The food was well prepared and tasty. Not crowded at lunch. Enjoyed the carne asada and homemade tortilla. Will come back to try more.

Had a great meal while sitting in the outdoor area. Both the jamicia and horchata were delicious. Loved the Jalapeño Margarita too. The freshly made tortillas were soft and had the aroma of woodfire.

Visited as part of Sonoran Restaurant Week, had a great experience. Portion size for this event were smaller than standard and still was very filling.
The mini churro and ice cream dessert was superb

So delicious and so reasonably priced. The Indian taco is amazing. They give you freshly fried chips and flavorful salsa with a little heat to it right away. All of the meats were super tasty and tender. The Indian taco is huge. The frybread is super hot and fluffy and worth the trip by itself.
Unlimited chips and salsa
1/2 order of guacamole(still enough for 3/4 ppl)
2 bottles of Mexican coke
1 Indian taco
1 green chile beef plate w/rice & beans, tortillas
1 shredded beef taco
1 chile relleno
1 frybread with honey & powdered sugar
And more chips and salsa to-go

Was seated quickly. Service was great, unfortunately the server was pretty busy but the host stepped up. The food ( got the chilies rellnos ) omg so good and portions were perfect sized. I will eat here again.

I will say the food was good. The service was an issue. I waited over 45 minutes on my food after ordering. I ordered a single fry bread taco, nothing extravagant. When it came, they brought a knife but no fork. After asking my server for a fork and more water, it never came. I asked another server who was able to help me. Overall, I would say if you have plenty of time to waste, you're not hungry, and you do not like attentive service. Then this is the place for you.

So glad we made time to dine at this lovely & authentic restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the unique meals with familiar names. You taste the freshness in the salsa and sauces. We had very kind service, & we loved the humble & inviting atmosphere. I happily will return and recommend this dining experience. Stop by If you are interested in non-stodgy cuisine & open to an authentic menu! 🙂
