I had an issue with an online order on March 8th around 6pm (absolutely not their fault at all, technology error) and the general manager and night shift manager were so nice and helpful. They fixed everything for me and the employees were very personable as well. I highly recommend this location and I hope the staff and managers can be rewarded in some way for making their guests experiences so great.

Still can't tell if maybe the employees are actually parking their vehicles in the drive thru or what. Can't be for sure until gas prices drop so I can go back at a later time.due to the fact I can't afford to drive to a restaurant and never actually seeing, smelling, much less tasting the food. always having to sit for nothing in the drive thru( don't get tricked into thinking only one car in drive thru so it'll be faster. Trust me after 4 attempts of purchasing lunch, I shall break it down for ya, it ain't gonna happen.

Came through the drive thru around 7:30 pm and there were 4 people just huddled up talking behind the counter there while the drive thru sat backed up. I sat there for a little over thirty minutes Ms for the lady to argue with me telling me the cheesy jalapeño chik and Krystal doesn’t exist even though it was advertised on the menu and on the window of the lobby and the most rude and long wait time of my life! The literal worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. Slow, rude, and lazy. There were only two cars in front of me. I work in food. It does not long to make two meals….

Pulled up at 10 25 pm no other cars in sight. Ordered 3 times never got a confirmation one way or the other. After 15 minutes pulled up and saw no one so I drove off. I was on my way to work and maybe Krystal ought to be looking into people who don't want to work. Very unprofessional to hide from customer so you don't have to do anything

It's way better than it used to be. They have a new manager and she is really good at her job and keeping the staff moving.

Great place for breakfast... if you like charcoal biscuits, raw bacon and slices of cheese melted on Styrofoam. Also the fries are somehow always cold and soggy at this location, like they take them out of the fryer, run them under the sink, and then put them in the container to wait on the next unlucky customer. Also the health score here is an 80, you have to really drop the ball to score that low. And on top of that at this location in particular they charge 4% on all card transactions! What major chain does that? That's just greedy and irritates me to the point that I don't think I'll be going back to this particular location until they change their ways.
