I love coming to this krispy kreme location. The manager is always really nice and the employees are so helpful and friendly.

First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the facility. Secondly the warm friendly faces. A young lady by the name of Keyona was in training. She was still doing a very good job and was impressive. I forgot to order my caramel ice latte and she was cool about it. Five stars hands down, highly recommended and I would definitely return to this location.

Disappointed in the creme "filled" doughnuts... they were severely lacking in creme. The jelly filled ones I ordered were also hardly filled with anything. The other doughnuts we tried were good, but the reason we went was for these flavors.

Has to be one of the worst Krisy Kremes I have ever been to. Donuts were old clearly from the previous day, and the coffee was old. Customer service was non existence and I will never visit this location again.

The manager acts rude to his employees and doesn't notify them ahead of time about holiday deals. This location also ran out of all ice for so long that they couldn't sell iced drinks for an entire week. If this is a donut and coffee shop, why couldn't they order an immediate, express delivery of ice? Just go to Dunkin, they're a million times better than this.

I sent my daughter for a box of donuts. Only the drive through was open so she had to order and pick up at the window. When she got home the donuts were stale and some of them were minis which she did not order. I called the store and told them what happened and he said he'd put my name down for a free box. I live 45 minutes away so it took a couple weeks to get back up there and they denied giving me anymore donuts. I have always been a fan but not anymore! The box of donuts was almost $20 and I've had better ones from a vending machine. I'm done with Krispy Kreme in Decatur AL.

This location was very clean and new looking. We were helped and served very quickly however the employee behind the counter was not very friendly at all. They offer mobile order ahead, drive thru and even delivery. All the employees were wearing masks and there were hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the inside of the building.

The owner needs to know what is going on in this establishment. Today we were waiting for glaze doughnuts at the Decatur AL location to be made and I noticed a man go thru the donut making area with no hair net on and then the same man came thru again with a mop and cleaned the bathrooms and went thru the food area again with the same mop he cleaned the bathrooms with and no gloves on. I went into the bathrooms and it was disgusting. Then I noticed a woman making donuts wipe her nose with her hand with no gloves on. I walked out and will never come back. I am going to call health dept amd let them know what went on.
