Yesterday we stayed at the Knights Inn without first checking other people's reviews (it was my fault for not doing so, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed there)
When we entered, the room didn't smell good, which didn't bother us because we needed to rest.

The main lights were out of order, so that didn't stop us from leaving the room. The next day, upon checkout, our $60 deposit wouldn't be returned because they were missing bath towels and hand towels, which hadn't been there in the first place.
They don't want to return our deposit due to the lack of those towels, which we didn't even use, and we didn't use them because we brought our own, our personal towels. Anyway, the lady assured us we had exactly what we needed, but she didn't help us from the beginning. We asked to speak to the gentleman, but he wasn't there at the time or he was hiding, we didn't know. After several calls asking for help and advice, they only returned us $50, minus $10 for two towels that never existed in the room. So, when you go to stay at that hotel, take before and after photos and videos to protect your money. Protect your deposit. Don't let yourself be robbed.

Bogus price scheme. Read the reviews and re-consider.

Get rid of the extra $25 charge, and you can have 5-stars. I didnt take anything and I cleaned up after myself. I only stayed here 12 hours because it was familiar and quoted as $78. I can stay anywhere else, for the same price, without the fraudulent fee. Thanks!

I would avoid ever getting a room from this motel. They charge a 60$ deposit an will look for every reason to keep it. When I called over a week after leaving to see where my refund was she tried saying they charged me a 20$ fee for having to sweep up a few French fries My 3 year old dropped. when I did get my refund it was only 20$ which she lied to me about the amount over the phone. It was basic housekeeping chores that the very disrespectful lady at the counter complained about.
Overall the hotel room was gross, the mirror was broken, there was rust all over the shower. The bedrooms smelled like smoke. BEWARE of their bedbug problem especially in room 219. Very nasty motel we won't ever stay here again.

The worst place I have ever stayed. I was so tired when we purchased a room. I didn't notice how awful everything was until the morning. It was filthy! Door frames were filthy. Walls in bathroom had running stains on the door and walls. Floor corners had gross build up. The bed was lumpy. I don't have anything positive to say. I took pictures but can't find a place to post.

Huge mistake staying here for 1 night. Rude management always accusatory tone and condescending demeanor, double charged without a refund, and how annoying being handed a hand typed lost of petty rules, you are an inconvenience here, not a customer.
