This is by far the best hotel in Cleveland. Every one of the staff are amazing people. They are so friendly and made me feel at home and I greatly appreciate that. I felt very safe. The room I had was very clean and cozy. I strongly recommend staying here if you ever visit Cleveland.

My room was clean shower was clean. I searched this room there were no bugs in 107 it was a good room. I slept with lights on because reviews people left i pulled off sheets i looked good no bugs were here.

The people that work there were so VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING FOR WE HAD A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SITUATION ARISE N THEY COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD!! The room was EXTREMELY CLEAN!! A lot of motels when you go into the bathroom n look inside the tub there’s hair n I have ocd n I can’t stand that BUT NOT HERE IT WAS SO SPOTLESS YOU COULD ABOUT SEE YOUR SELF! Now the next morning the owner India guy very sweet but you Just can’t understand anything he is saying cause he speaks a different language than English but the people that runs it are all USA born n probably born here they were very NICE N THERE CHILDREN WERE VERY SWEET AS WELL THEY PLAYED WITH MY 2little cousins and kept them calm during the whole ordeal!! It is so hard to find TRUELY GOOD PEOPLE AND UNDERSTANDING BUT THEY ALL ARE N I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100 percent knights INN EMPLOYEES NEED A RAISE!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Worst motel I have stayed in in my 56 years of life. |First of all, the rooms are not clean. There are multiple people and families living in this motel full time as their permanent residence, and some of them leave their crap all over the outside of the motel. The kids of one of the families were running around unchecked, raising hell past midnight. |The place was so noisy all night that I could not sleep a wink for days. Unfortunately, I had to stay here for over a week out of necessity as other nearby motels were booked. Terrible experience, do not stay here. Sleeping in an alley would be a better option.

Seemed clean at first, I initially had a 2 night reservation. I pulled the covers back and there was a half empty bottle of vodka under the pillow, there was no trash can in the room. In room 109, it wasn't that big of a deal. Throughout the night I felt roaches crawling on my neck and in between my fingers. I put all my things in my car and waited until daylight to leave. The woman at the front desk was very nice at check in, but I ran out of there after one night.

Front office is taken over with plants,mold,and boxes. The room I stayed in had mold and the fridge doesn't work. The plugs don't work either. Television didn't work that well. Door doesn't lock and has space between door and frame lets in smells from outside.

As far as friendliness, the lady at the front desk was wonderful. The owner (?) via phone calls was a jerk (g/rated). I mean *+*. The lobby served as a storage room…very unclean. It was foreboding of what was to come. ||The room had an **intense** musty smell (understatement), felt wet. It was so bad…I found another hotel for the night and just ate the room fee. It was THE best money I ever spent!!!||For a solo lady traveler…I would not stay here. Appeared folks were living at the motel. I would not want my wife to stay here. Room doors are facing outside. Only stay here if you’re desperate…the room fees are no better than anywhere else. In fact, the room I found was much better just a town over for the same fees!||For the price…believe me…just find another location.

Found roaches and a few spiders on the room.
Our room had a weird and nasty smell.
The reception terrible, it looks more of a warehouse than a hotel reception and smells like curry..
Went to the reception to check out at 9am and it was closed.
We won't be staying here again.
If you just want a bed to sleep for the price, I think its good choice.
Remodeling is not an excuse.
