Nice, new, clean resort. Friendly staff, spa was great. Only issue were the trains... track is is so close to the resort, you can wave to the engineer as he passes by. Trains ran ALL night. If you like to watch freight trains go by, then this is the place.

This RV park is so well maintained and the staff truly cares. The sites are concrete which is a HUGE PLUS! We enjoyed the hot tub/firepit deck and gym equipment. The view of the lake is beautiful too.

This RV resort was THE best we have EVER experienced. We typically have stopped at KOA across the country, but if RJourney is available , they will be our go to from now on. Clean, level asphalt pads, little store with adult beverages and camping supplies, beautiful sheltered hot tub and fire pit, laundry rooms, game room, large screen tv’s etc. GORGEOUS and well kept space.

Spent one night at this park. Nice set-up, very close to Hwy 97, train tracks close.
When you make your reservation apparently your call goes to a call center handling several locations. Problem #1, the agent really doesn't have a good understanding of the layout. I asked for a long pull thru. We are about 63 feet. We were assigned a 45' foot space. 2. Attempted to call the location manager on her cell phone. Four attempts no answer. 3. Called the call center back and explained we weren't going to fit. I asked for a larger pull thru located across the street. He replied I really cant make that change, plus there is a balance owing. Do I really need to know this information? He suggested I call the onsite manager. 4.I did no answer. I walked back to the main office explained the issue.
I also advised her that her phone was not taking calls or she had it off. Seems, she was more interested in handling her personal family and day care in the front office area. She did direct me to the other site. Thank you.
5. The weather was cold and dropping down in to the low 20's the following morning. I attempted to plug in my heated water hose, into the GFCI, it was tripped and would not reset. Another trip to the office, and explained the GFCI needed to be replaced.
O, no worries the water goes down at night so the pipe won't freeze. Well why is the heat tape plugged in? Gosh if my water is on all night long then I assume water is in the stand pipe. Clearly
didn't care or didn't have a clue.

There is no cable here, just WIFI. If the park was close to being full, not sure the WIFI would be strong enough? It worked kind of for watching a couple of shows, a lot of buffering.

They advertise $40.00 per night, is not really the case, They charge a $20.00 reservation/booking fee. So your $40.00 per night becomes $60.00 plus tax. I understand booking fees, but $20.00 maybe $10.00.

Very disappointed, I believe there are other options in this area.
Actually you can park in the Loves fuel station for free. $60.00 bucks in your pocket.

Off my list of return stays.

Clean, well maintained and comfortable RV park for our overnight stay. Spaces were wide and spacious, and each had a grass patch. This will be even nicer when the trees grow in. Would happily stay there again.

This location is a good park to stay in because the staff in the park work hard to get you everything you ask for.
Unfortunately the corporate office isn’t quite as cooperative. They put restrictions on the office staff’s ability to put people in the site they want based on arbitrary policies. They obviously haven’t visited or spent enough time in this park to understand customers reasons for site requests like being away from the highway and train noise if you are staying long term or have a big rig. The office staff tried really hard to reason with corporate, but there was no flexibility. Evidently it’s a software restriction since there is a national call center handling all reservations. I’m hoping they can fix that restriction. It would also be nice to be able to call the local office directly. There doesn’t seem to be a way to do that.

The local staff were great and they were doing their best to keep up the park in difficult weather. Thanks Melody, Ruthie, and Michael!

Great place!!! We only stayed 1 night so we didn't get to utilize all the facilities, but it was beautiful, safe and a great price. Comfortable with lots of space, easy to park.

We typically just stay at a rest area when we drive through town, but this was worth the small fee. We will definitely be back!

Lovely new park. Pavement, concrete pads, level, open spaces. FHUs, 50,30125. Lit at night, propane and park store. Excellent overnight or short stay to visit the Lava Beds, Nat Wildlife Refuge or Crater Lake.
