Can’t say much about the rooms as we didn’t stay there, but the golf course and all things about it were incredible! If I could give 100 stars I would. Course conditions were perfection even playing just a couple days after aerating of the course. We couldn’t have been more pleased from the minute we pulled in until the minute we left. From bag drop, to a beautiful range, to cart pickup at your vehicle it was all just amazing. Stop second guessing and make the reservation!

The service at Kiva Dunes is world class! Every single employee from bag drop, check in desk, starter…etc was kind, helpful and very accommodating. The greens were top dressed with sand but that didn’t impact play. Kiva really sets the bar for how golf courses should treat their guests. I was paired with a few regulars that were also very helpful in showing a 1st timer the ropes. Can’t wait to get back!

As usual the course was great to play at. The greens were in top shape. Facilities were in good shape. 4 stars because of pace of play. Five and half hours play time with early morning start. Green fees is on the higher side but its a great experience.

I didn't play golf but stayed here for some family beach time and we enjoyed it. Large property with tons of amenities. Off the beaten path so the beaches were not over populated. The food at Kiva Beach club was WONDERFUL! Best shrimp PoBoy since I visited New Orleans. The only issue that I had was everything closed at 7PM. The first night I had to eat what I bought for breakfast the next day because everything was closed.

Stopped at the coffee shop. Pretty good iced lattes. We were staying down further towards Fort Morgan. Worth stopping in for coffe, ice cream, or shake

Great resort but well off the beaten path. Not a bad thing by any means, especially during holiday weekends as the crowd crush is much less in this area. Just know that there’s not much else out here then the resort and a few restaurants.
The resort itself was very well run, the staff was hard working and very attentive. Condo seemed a little dated but by no means a deal breaker. Even with the place booked solid the pool area staff kept things moving and the bartenders never seemed to stop making drinks. On a busy weekend I’d take this location over 30A insanity every time. Main drawback is the water clarity, but not a big deal. Sargassum was in the water but that’s an unfortunate problem most resorts along the gulf are dealing with.

My 3 granddaughters and I had a very nice time the aparttment we stayed in was very accommodating and the indoor out door pool with Jacuzzi was very nice too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fast get-away. Two of my grabddaughters went to the beach wich was a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay...To the owners ... Thank You!

Fantastic resort with lots of amenities! Highly recommend for families looking to get away and relax. Away from it all and close at the same time, has a private beach.
