This place exceeded our expectations! The tents were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We even had the heater on, which made it extra cozy during the cold nights. From the beautiful scenery, to the ponds and river accessible to fish at made it the ultimate “glamping trip”. The playgrounds and bathrooms were very close and with only 6 tents in the area, it made it a more intimate atmosphere. Will definitely be back again!

We had a great little family getaway here! We stayed in the Clubhouse, which was a great space for 3 nights with our toddler. We really appreciated the outdoor patio/grill area. Everything was clean, and we ordered biscuits for breakfast for our last morning- they were so great! We loved driving around the beautiful property and checking out the river trail near the pretty events pavilion. The staff were very helpful- I made a mistake while booking and they were prompt to reply and make sure everything went smoothly. We plan to come back for another getaway in the future!

Our dogs loved this place. Great trails for them to explore. Nice little river beach for them to swim. The pet friendly Black Fern Cottage was quite comfortable during Labor Day weekend. AC ice cold, beds very comfortable, great fire pit, and a nice screened in back porch. Cottage was put together by someone with a nice eye for interior design.

Fantastic location for the event we attended! The glamping area was perfection with the nicest and cleanest restrooms! (A major plus!) The property is beautiful and definitely something to see! It was evident that everyone worked so hard to make the event successful and memorable…fighting against mother nature and all that entails! Had a great time visiting Kingston Downs!

This was my second visit to Kingston Downs this year. Previously I stayed in the Nest Cottage, but this visit I brought some friends so we stayed in the Black Fern Cottage. I was so happy to share the lovely place with people I love! They enjoyed it just as much as I do. It was a peaceful and refreshing weekend. We had fun exploring the cave and hanging out in the hot tub! Just like last time, I slept amazing and was impressed with the cottage design and cleanliness. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Kingston Downs is hands down an awesome place! My husband and I both met each other when they hosted Steeple Chase and later we got married there as well. We've attended multiple events held at Kingston Downs and have enjoyed each and every experience! Most recently we've attended Rock the Country and it was so much fun! The grounds are beautiful and the management staff is awesome! We can not wait for more adventures at this great establishment!
