I have frequented this establishment since they were just a food truck. The food is always fresh and cooked to order. They now have a brick-and-mortar location that has a great atmosphere playing low r&b. I typically get pasta, and I've had it just about every variety from just chicken to steak. All pasta is served with the best garlic bread I've ever had, so I typically order extra. My most recent visit today, I had the chicken and scallop pasta and a side of Philly egg rolls. The egg rolls were good and served with a dipping sauce that tasted sweet and sour. Great place to eat alone or gather with friends.

So first time trying it today. I ordered the Alfredo and steak. My steak was all fat I couldn’t chew it, and I ordered medium rare but majority was straight rare. So that portion was pretty horrible. But the pasta was on point. Alfredo Cajun mix little spice was great. So I gave it a 3 star because I see some real potential with other dishes. Cuz of that I’ll try again just not steak

Heard good things so we tried it. Food all tasted very good. However the teriyaki wings caused my 8 year old to be in the bathroom almost immediately after leaving.
The jerk chicken pasta tasted great. It’s more of a Cajun chicken pasta than a jerk pasta. It also caused me an upset stomach after eating.
Service and atmosphere were great. I have some reservations about the food since we had stomach issues after eating. Could have just been a fluke. I will try this place again and hopefully it all sits better in our stomach’s.

Y’all I always dash orders from here and when I pick up the place is always a whole vibe. When you walk in the atmosphere is chill and the wonderful scent of all of the food makes your mouth water. So today I decided to see what it’s about and I will be a repeat customer. The jerk chicken pasta was the best I’ve ever had. My husband liked his sliders and our son liked his chicken quesadilla. Y’all don’t sleep on this place. 10/10 recommend!

Spacious setup with plenty of seating and the a/c keeping things cozy. The Leon Devenice artwork brings the perfect pop of color to the relaxed atmosphere with r&b playing while you eat.

The restaurant's food truck had me expecting typical soul food offerings when I came into the restaurant, but the menu has several carefully mastered specialties in addition to traditional favorites.

Even if it's not what you were expecting, you'll find something you know you like or something else will want to try in all the variety.

The restaurant is not located inside Walmart as suggested by the address, but it's in the strip mall in the same parking lot.

Dining room is kept spotless, and the staff is super pleasant. Always nice to be greeted with a smile when you come in the door.

The food was delicious, the people were kind however this was not a family atmosphere due to the selection of music that was being played. Me personally I don’t listen to certain music and I also don’t let my children but I have been to restaurants and stores whose music selection isn’t what I prefer but they play the radio version. The music selection played at this restaurant was very much inappropriate for children due to language. If I had any suggestions it would be play what you like but if kids are in the restaurant at least play the “clean” radio version.

Food was good. Lemon pepper Wings were tiny but still tasty. I’d come back.
