My mother and I gave it another try tonight. We hadn't ordered since noticing a gradual decline in the food around a year+ ago. (Take-out & Delivery).
Tonight we ordered:

Salt & Pepper Shrimp
House Egg Foo Young
Chicken Almond Ding
Hot n' sour soup
Egg drop soup
2 spring rolls
4 additional bags of crispy noodle (groceries lol)
s/o real hot mustard
2 s/o white rice

OVERALL the FOOD was ABOVE AVERAGE. Everything ordered was delivered; NOTHING MISSING but the food WASN'T HOT. (Wasn't cold but wasn't hot.)

I passed on the soup, too starchy for me but had flavor was good. The Salt n' Pepper Shrimp was more like Salt n' Saltier shrimp but after throwing a few in with the Almond chicken, it went from FAIL to FLAVOR BOMB.

Best Entre award goes to House Egg Foo Young. It was good, highlighting the sauce.
So- nice job KB in Schofield, we'll be back!

The food is fresh and flavorful. There was some variety and everything I tried at the buffet during lunch was great! First time coming but it will not be my last! YUM

I watched the waitress take a soda order. She wears gloves all day to clear tables and also brings your drinks with those same gloves. She was filling the soda order and the soda had a bunch of foam on top. SHE STUCK HER FINGER, WITH THE DIRTY GLOVES ON, IN THE GLASS OF SODA TO STIR DOWN THE FOAM. THEN PUT MORE SODA IN , THEN STIRRED THE SODA AGAIN WITH HER DIRTY GLOVED FINGER.THEN SERVED IT TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!. I will never eat there again. It grossed me out that she wore the same gloves all day, to do the different tasks that she did, to begin with. But this takes the cake!

My family has been going here for a long time (over 20 years) and we have never had a bad experience there. We celebrate birthdays, holidays etc., and make reservations, and have always had good food.

While I DO like going here, and will probably go again... The food really isnt heated enough, almost the second you sit down it's just room temperature and these foods are only really good while hot.

The broccoli chicken is gonna get u sick. 😬

We had a last minute order, the night before an event. Food was hot and ready for pickup first thing in the morning. Party trays were filled over the top. Restaurant even made us fried donuts on the house. Service was great!

DO NOT EAT HERE if you have tastebuds. I’ve never had a buffet this bad 🙁 the food tasted OLD and some of the dishes were WEIRD tasting. Meat in the dumplings were tangy… why is meat tangy? Mystery meat for sure. ALSO the lo mein (a dish everyone enjoys) is LITERALLY SPAGHETTI NOODLES with soy / oyster sauce. Disgraceful to the Asian community to be honest. I came in hungry and left hungry but with a lump in my throat and nausea because it was that bad. Fried rice also has no eggs in it. Best thing about the place is the fortune cookie had 3 fortunes in it. When I left I saw on my receipt there was a tip added on… why would I tip a place where I wanted to get up and throw up everywhere?

Had a great experience, kind of odd though. They have signs at each food station saying only take what you can eat. I've never seen this at any all you can eat location. Bring kids they don't always do that of course.

Food was good and staff where good as well.
