This is my absolute favorite Chef. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Kia is great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to have her personal services again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for someone to enjoy a private dinner and awesome Chef with.

Please pardon the delay in this message that is long overdue…
I have finally taken the time to express in writing my appreciation to you and your team for the AMAZING job you did to make my mother’s 75th birthday celebration a very special one that we shall remember many years from now! I have so many kudos to share about how you as “chef extraordinaire” orchestrated the blessings of a beautiful, bountiful, and succulent meal for guest list of 75 on October 15, 2022. I was thoroughly pleased (but not surprised) about the food quality, taste, and presentation. They all were as advertised by the person who had recommended your company to me last year. She assured me that I would not regret this investment. She was 100% correct. I was impressed with your professionalism, timeliness, and responsiveness from the onset of our communication. You kindly and thoroughly provided me the menu options and your pricing was certainly fair and reasonable considering the high-quality product we feasted on.

Even though I reside in Virginia and the event was held in Birmingham, Alabama I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process because you were very responsive to my inquiries and assuring to my concerns. Even though you were often busy in the kitchen, you always took the time to communicate with me in a timely manner and remained in contact with me via phone call, text message , and email. It was especially thoughtful of you to contact me within 24 hours of the event to check in and assure me that you and your team had everything taken care of and promised to treat my mom’s special event with highest level of care. On the day of the event your team arrived promptly and set up early and beautifully to match the decor and accentuated the ambiance of the event hall because you coordinated with our decorator in advance (another special touch). If “the proof is in the pudding” it was also in the fried and baked chicken, ham, green beans, collared greens macaroni and cheese, and mashed potatoes!

Our guests raved about the food and because you blessed us with an abundance of food, we had plenty to serve extra helpings. I could go on and on and still not fully express the impact you made via the power of food. So I will end with a heart-felt THANK YOU . I look forward to the next opportunity to patronize your business and will surely recommend you to my family and friends.
