Really pissed off & of course phone # is busy, doubt will answer. I live 8 miles away...not going back. Had to wait 15+ min for crispy(so ok) then she comes out, I ck meals. One is 2 piece dark ( should be 3) & not crispy. Sides not correct. Same on my breast. She goes to get sides when I realize ck not right either. I go inside. She takes one out of dark ( I didn't notice @ time & puts in one. We get home his 3 is still 2 & not crispy & not frickin hot at all, which he hubby says while in his lap...why the wait? Neither was my ck crispy. This is 3rd time I've had to go in & why I look b4 go.. No appology, nothing. May be my last visit. About done. Not cheap & can't get right.
I'm sure owner or manger don't give a flying flip. Can't call or get response to your negative review.

We ordered for Mercedes, they were nice and had everything ready on time (10:15-10:20am). However, as I was only the person picking it up and not eating it, I was informed later that they had left out ALL the biscuits and since this was a large order, it made me feel bad because I did not know what to look for throughout the order and I was informed that this was a constant that had happened before (biscuits being left out, had I known, I would've searched). So I hate to give you all three stars but for that reason I am.

Never in all the times that I’ve ordered here, have I gotten what I ordered. Always a completely different meal and price. At this point, it’s a surprise. Spicy Chicken Sandwich gets you a full combo big box meal and a surprise drink.

If you're driving anything larger than a SUV this is not the place to stop for a meal. What is the point of being connected to a truck stop when people can't even place a to-go order. This KFC is Not trucker nor charter bus friendly.

Food was warm not hot. Drive thru person was very rude and had an attitude and smart mouth , sat in drive thru for almost 30 minutes with no customers inside and only 1 car in the drive thru. Pathetic. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stop at this location ever.

I did a online order for the first time sent 32.50 for my foos get my food they forgot the gravy for my mashed potatoes food was cold not even warm i went to the say i have a order the girl was rude and just pointed over too where they keep it no hey how can i help you it was almost like i was intruping them from what they were doing the food didnt even taste like the way kfc is supposed to take like but i will take my business else where i will not be back in this kfc what so ever and i do not recommend going in there

We had the best experience here with Graci-Ann she was so welcoming, and polite. She gave us time to order, listened and repeated our order, greeted us at the window, thanked us, and gave us the freshest food we have ever received at any KFC!! She Said her Mama taught her to be kind, and I hope she knows her Mama is very proud ? #Amazing

I stopped by to try the new Mac and cheese bowl. It was fair. I opted for the spicy ? version . Only issue with this bowl is the amount of grease in the bottom of the bowl. It was not good at all. The grease ruined the taste for me. I couldn't eat the Mac and cheese because of all the grease mixed in with it. I give this meal 2 thumbs up.
