Would NOT recommend dealing with this motel. We had family coming in from out of state. They had made reservations (or so they thought) 2 months before their planned arrival. They never received a confirmation letter. Upon their arrival, they were told that there weren't any rooms available, and that the person that cleans them was out of town on business, and that they would have to wait for her to return and clean a room before they would be able to check in. If you are coming in from out of town, I would HIGHLY recommend that you find different lodging.

Very comfortable atmosphere!!! Come check it out if you ever come through Mannford. Best Place to stay by far compared to the other local motels. Beds are comfortable cold air clean rooms. Can’t beat the price. I would stay there again and do recommend this place over the others

Excellent experience. I strolled in and drug the owner out of bed around 4:30am last night. She never took a smile off of her face. 95 out of 100 times when you go to an independent motel like this.. the worker or owner lets you know that you irritated them by disrupting their sleep. It was amazing customer service. She even gave me a late checkout even when her room inventory was a bit clouded for the following night. Room was clean, surroundings were comfortable. A+++

I have to say this was the WORST place I have ever stayed at. The bed was so hard I hurt all night and it stunk really bad. Smelled like puke, bleach and cigars. Our room didn't look like the picture at all. I wanted to sleep in my truck but there was alot of activity outside and it was so hot. On a positive note the air worked good.

It's a place I have never stayed but my daughter has. When I visited my daughter I noticed the rooms are small and plain. She says the walls are paper thin and when I pick her up there is a funny smell on her clothes, like musty. If you are looking for a quick stay with no frills, just a bed and bathroom with a TV and heat/air then this is a good choice. The rates are lower than most motels in this class range.

I think this is an excellent place to stay. My Fiance and I live kinda far away from each other and both work crazy hours, so some times we just grab a room here to save us both from making an hour drive. It's always clean and the people are always nice. I left my phone charger last time we stayed and they were nice enough to hold onto it for my until the next time we came through. This isn't the Hilton - but it's quiet, cheap, and friendly. Hard to ask for more for $40 a night.

This is the perfect Hotel for lake goers! We rent a room, spend a long day on the lake, then have an air-conditioned, comfortable clean room with a lovely hot shower to come home to. The rooms are neat and clean. The owner is so kind and goes out of her way to make sure you have a good stay. Thank you, Tammy! She has plenty of room in the parking lot for our boat, waverunner, etc. The beds are comfortable, after a long day at the lake in the sun, coming home to a cold room with a hot shower and a comfortable bed is perfect! There's another motel in Mannford, run by foreigners, it's twice the price, not near as clean, and they barely speak English. I'll stay with Tammy any day at The Keystone Laker Motel!
