The desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating for my daughter that just had knee surgery. The room was clean. Beds very comfortable. The shower was amazing Pretty quiet area. I would stay here again. Very nice and price was great

Worst room ever and the only reason why I gave it good score is cause of the location, everything sucked. The room basically looked dirty like someone hasn’t cleaned it yet, there was bed bugs in the bed, plus roaches. The shower was nasty had stuff on the walls still and hair and looked like little chunks in the drain. The staff was terrible very disrespectful, the woman looked like the owner, she was short, looked like she had a miserable life and she came to work and bring the attitude with her from home.

The rooms were ok the location is good but the staff are horrible hateful people. If you have a special needs child or children don't stay here they have no sympathy or understanding for the struggles of raising such a child. They will simply kick you out no refund or apology just hate and prejudice.we will never stay here again and quite frankly after reading some of the other reviews I'm sorry we ever considered this place.

My mom & me was tired from traveling. All we wanted was a bed . Went in to take a shower roach eggs and roaches in the tub. The manager said that she is a peon and worker's are prioritys. I don't know who washes the sheets and pillows cases they need bleach ? we will not be back.. number 108.

Look... if you wanna take a nice shower and have easy access to the main road. This is your place. But that is where the good things end. Someone else's tooth brush was left on the coat rack. There was toilet paper stuck to all the walls and stayed there constantly throughout our stay. The electrical box that everything on the dresser was plugged into was falling out of the wall... oh and btw, the hot and cold water is reversed. But! The hot water is very nice and pleasant.

Now let's talk about hair. Everywhere. On the floor, the wall, the towels (that I had to ask for every single day), the bed, everywhere. And it was there before we got there. And im sure what hair we left behind will be there when you get there too.

Heads up to the next people in room 209, we left some drinks and mcdonalds breakfast burritos in the fridge, let me know if they're still there when you get there homie!

Room is clean. Linens are clean. Beds are comfortable. AC a little temperamental but we figured it out and were able to be comfortable. Would stay here again.

This place is so gross. I was in Room 102 and there are Sharpie marks everywhere! (Magic Eraser could clean it) The carpet was covered in filth. The mattresses were supposed to be white; however, they were so stained that you wouldn't know it. Overall, disgusted. I would not recommend this place if you have any sense of self respect.

I do have to add that the manager was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. He was extremely helpful and kind.

We moved from Boaz to Tennessee a year ago. We came back to see family and attend the Jacksonville state homecoming game. Since the other hotel in Boaz was booked, as were the two hotels in Albertville, we decided to give Key West a shot. ||||We should have kept right on driving when we pulled up in the park and ng lot and two police cars were in the lot, and a small gathering of people kept staring us down as we got out of our car. We went ahead, went inside and asked the clerk on duty about the situation. After giving us somewhat of a believable explanation we checked in. Do yourself a favor, and never ever check into this place. I would rather sleep in my car.||||The room hadn't been cleaned, around the bottom of the toilet on the floor were urine stains. There were stains and splatters all over the wall were the table was, and it looked like a wad of snot or blood. There was a huge hole in the wall were I guess an amenity was supposed to go. When my husband went down to request another room the clerk acted offended until he was shown my pictures I had taken. ||||We had booked through Expedia, therefore couldn't get a refund. From now on I will always check my hotel rooms, especially if booked through a 3rd party!
