Chef Wes recently helped us host my husband’s milestone birthday dinner. We hosted a party of 8 in our home and could not recommend his services more. Wes was a pleasure to work with, easy to schedule the date, time, logistics and he curated a wonderful proposed menu (apps, starter, main and dessert). Food was 10/10, presentation was thoughtful, portions generous and the food/service received rave reviews from our guests. Best part was the time and worry saved from planning, procuring, preparing, serving and cleaning. We had little ones running around during apps and dinner preparation, and he seamlessly managed to entertain them as well. My kitchen was spotless by the time dessert was over, so we could enjoy our guests and relax. We have recommended him to neighbors, friends and others - and will use him again soon!

My wife and I struggle balancing being working parents and providing home cooked meals for our family. We recently found Chef Wes and it has changed our lives. This past week we had the pleasure of enjoying three premade meals that were prepared by and delivered to our house by Chef Wes. Wes has been a friend and my favorite professional chef for many years. This past spring, he prepared a private dinner for 8 at my personal home, and it was the first time in my entire life that I have been able to fully enjoy hosting a dinner party. I had to do NOTHING except for prepare my space with aesthetically pleasing touches.. fresh flowers, candles, etc. and, I got to get myself ready at my leisure, enjoy a glass of wine, and look forward to time with my guests without running around worrying over last minute details! His preparation of our meal is always done with his awareness of his signature on it. Which he takes great pride in. It is always flavorful, creative, artistically arranged, and always creates delight and then satisfaction…and, also…”I now need to go relax. I’m stuffed!” Which then allows you to enjoy your friends and lean into the meaning behind the party to begin with! Time with your friends after dinner is possible as Wes also serves the meal and handles all clean-up afterwards which allows you to continue to just enjoy your party. There’s nothing like it, and Wes knows how to pull it all off seamlessly!

Coming from someone who has worked along side and known chef Kent for almost 10 years.
