Great little spot. Wish I had more time to explore the facility. It appeared to offer more than meets the eye. I was there on a quick business trip.
Room was good size. Clean. eclectic in decor. My only concern was the bathroom. The sink was made for child size humans.
Otherwise I would stay there again. Great location. Walking distance to a lot of great spots. If I could the room would get 4.5 stars.
The staff was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous.

The first Day I got there. The receptionist Adam was not nice or courteous, no smile or anything very dry. I felt very disappointed . He was a little rude. I thought everyone was going to be like that. "I was like great I have to put up with his attitude during my stay at the hotel". But thank goodness that was only on Saturday. The rest of my stay people were very nice and professional and courteous very nice people. The Wi-Fi wasn't working at all throughout my stay. But it was nice. Hopefully I won't Have to deal with the receptionist Adam next time I go there. I do appreciate the housekeeping ladies very nice and polite. The ladies at the front desk the receptionists were amazing too. Even the gentleman on my way out the receptionist he was very nice and helpful and courteous. Everyone was great except me. Adam. The room was very clean and comfortable. I did like the hotel

Great location, just off Union Square. Friendly Staff. Comfy bed, large closet and in-room safe. Morning coffee/tea in lobby, we also requested coffee maker and electric kettle in room. Evening sherry in lobby. Saw a play at SF Playhouse in same building, and "Ula" upscale seafood next door (10% discount) is a treat with fantastical decor, delicious food and excellent service. Many nearby restaurants and Cable Car 1/2 block down. BART (to airport) & Muni line (light rail) stations within walking distance.

One of best hotel stays. Everything was exceptional comfort, location and the hotel staff and great value for money. The bedrooms were so spacious and having a fridge was another plus. The hotel was so central but still very quiet no street noise. We were able to leave our bags in hotel after check out

A nice quiet hotel! It was very clean and staff were all very polite and helpful. There was a great water station in the lobby and nice theatre on the second floor. The location was very good too! You near Union Square, shopping area and Trader Joe's.

When I call the front desk I don't expect to be hung up on twice. Then nobody answered at all. Poor customer service. Also, it would have been nice if the soda machine (the only one in the hotel) worked. It would not take credit card and ate my money. Hotel staff said they weren't responsible.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We needed a kettle to cook water and it was delivered to our room very quickly. The staff also helped us with ordering Waymo since we could not install the app on our phones. Also you can refill water (flavoured etc.) or soda in the reception. Coffee / teas is provided in the morning and a glass of sherry in the late afternoon. The location is perfect, maybe 100 meters to reach the cable car station, many restaurants and the China Town nearby. You can reach the pier and Fisherman's Wharf within a 30 minute walk.||The room and entire hotel is a bit older and old fashioned. There is no air-condition and you cannot open the window (more than 10 cm wide due to security reasons).|Still it was a good choice to explore San Francisco by foot.

Hotel location was great, close to Union Square, with a bike parking spot right in the corner, close to good restaurants and stores. Shower pressure and hot water was perfect. Room was very clean and comfortable. They were able to received packages for guests which had to be signed for, and had luggage storage for checkin and checkout. Overall a very good experience.
