I am staying here for the next 6 months, 3 days a week while working remotely. I'm in week 2 and location is great downtown. Rooms are nice studios, and the amenities are great. One thing I didn't think of is that this isn't your traditional hotel, so if you were staying long term prepare to buy some of the necessities you need. From service standpoint, FaRay who mans the desk at night is AMAZING. He has a super positive attitude and has helped me every day that I've been here, either through securing/delivering packages, helping me with a new remote control, giving me advice on where to go in the area, etc. I normally don't write reviews very often but I wanted to just because of him. Give that guy a raise, seriously, what an asset.

Faray is absolutely amazing! I truly don’t know what Kenect would do without him. Without hesitation he is always there to lend a helping hand! We are so excited when he’s working because we know our day will be a bit more spectacular!

I stayed as a guest for four nights. The building is clean, well maintained and staffed, and is in a good location. Everything with the room was great accept the bed was horrible. It was a murphy bed that felt like sleeping on a door. A futon would be more comfortable. I'll spend a little more, somewhere else, for an adequate bed next time.

Had a fantastic stay here, and was amazingly impressed by FaRay at the front desk. Very fun personality, who also knew how to be professional and courteous. Probably my favorite front-desk person at any hotel ever!

Hotel is in a great location, wonderful rooms, and an amazing roof area. Price was right as well, compared to other places nearby.

100% would go again.

The building is perfectly located in the middle of downtown Phoenix. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a multi-day stay. The rooftop pool is a nice extra. But the highlight is Faray and the entire front desk team. They really help you with everything and make you feel at home right away. Thank you very much!

The kindness from both Faray & D’Mariea was unmatched! They made sure me and my friend had the best start to our trip in Phoenix! I highly recommend staying at Kenect if you are in the area!!

I loved this place so much everyone was so nice and made us feel safe and comfortable! It was not loud at night and the place was so perfect for our stay! Faray was extra amazing and really help us with new door keys and the manager of the property was there and made sure we got all of our things in our car before we left and that was so nice!

Beautiful and clean apartments. Great view and in proximity to many shops and restaurants. Employee FaRay Gibson at the front desk was amazing!! Helpful, kind, welcoming, and answered every single question we had. If he isn’t a manager he definitely needs to be one, he’s the best.
