Went there for the first time today. The food quality was horrible and so was the service the lady who served my food knocked some potatoes off my plate onto the ground and then laughed about it and so did her other co workers.
0/10 do not recommend.

It was our 1st time here. The order was a little botched, but no biggie (they added cheese when hubby, asked for none). Loved the price and the food was good. We definitely recommend them.

Amazing! The food is absolutely incredible and the staff are all so wonderful! I can't wait to go back. Definitely one of the best places I have ever walked in to! So glad I found this place!

The service was good, however the food was mediocre at best and not to my liking. The grits were served with margarine instead of butter, the eggs were not cooked to requested doneness, the hash browns were crispy on the outside but soggy and lukewarm on the inside. Biscuits and gravy had plain white gravy, without sausage in it.

Wow, how have we not been here yet! Best blue plate lunch around NE Alabama.
Fried chicken was awesome and real okra not like most others.
Can't wait to come back again.

They have a hot bar where you are served the food of the day. My choice happened to be the Mexican lasagna with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese with 2 small rolls and a desert and a drink for. 10 bucks. Very filling nice portions and a great waiting staff. My glass never went empty and the people were super friendly. If you want a good American reaturant you will love this place. It’s a down home country cooking restaurant with good food and great prices. Very well done.

It's a bummer that I have to write this review because the food at Kelly's is usually so delicious and the service is always great. I ordered a pecan waffle this morning and spread what looked like the butter that came on it around. I licked my fork before pouring on the syrup and I guess it was margarine or something. It tasted like grease. I thought I'd try it with syrup and then it just tasted like sweet grease. I mentioned it to the server and the owner and they really didn't seem to care at all. I don't have money to waste like that. I wish they would have offered to make me something else because I couldn't eat it.
