Kassi’s Cookies in downtown Conway is an absolute must-stop. I walked in while exploring the area and immediately got hit with the smell of fresh-baked cookies—just unreal. The location’s super convenient, right in the middle of downtown, and the shop itself is bright, clean, and inviting.

I tried the chocolate chip and the strawberry. The chocolate chip was everything—loaded with chocolate, baked perfectly, and somehow still soft without falling apart. The texture was spot on all the way through. The strawberry was solid too, but that chocolate chip one is a top-tier cookie.

The display case was stacked with options that all looked incredible, and the whole place just felt like it was built around doing cookies right. Staff were fine, and pricing felt high, but totally fair for what you’re getting.

I’ll be stopping in every time I’m back in Conway—no question.

Anytime I'm in Conway, I stop at Kassi's Cookies! The bakers/decorators work so hard to push out yummy treats for everyone! We love the crinkle cookies and butter cakes! The Macs are perfect little treats for my little ones to eat. Definitely recommend!

Have been a few times for treats and have ordered a custom cake for my son's birthday. Phenomenal sweets, great vibes, and just a super fun spot to visit! I love all of the events they host and the seasonal treats they come up with. Waiting for a Little Rock location so I can visit more often! ❤️

Kassi’s NEVER MISSES! Everything they offer is delicious, and you know you’re getting quality every single time. Was especially happy with how my one year olds birthday cake turned out!

The coconut cream cupcake…honestly could have made myself sick eating it which is why I stopped half way through. Best cupcake I have had in a long time! Kassi I don’t know what you do to make these cupcakes so delicious but I can tell they are made with love 💕

Very disappointed with the service I just received. I ordered a lemonade for my daughter but wasn’t sure how it would taste if we dilute it for her and the girl at the register said “if she doesn’t like it don’t worry about it” meaning to me if she doesn’t like it I can get a refund. Once her and I tried it we didn’t like it at all. After waiting for a long time for the lemonade to be made after I paid, and then waited for the girl to finish with the other customers (owner at this point was at the register and didn’t acknowledge me or even asked if I’ve been helped) I told her she didn’t like it and the girl just said okay. I asked her if we can please get a refund and she looked at me like I was crazy for suggesting that (after she told me she would). Then I asked okay what if I get something else of equal value and she said “I can give you a cookie and we can call it good” which then I asked “your cookies are $7!?” and she said no so I just asked for whatever cookie and left. I really was looking forward to trying this local business after years following them but I was definitely let down today.

Edit: Kassi, I appreciate you being professional in responding to my review as well as addressing the issue. I commend you for your customer service (it’s hard to come around a business with an owner who’s very responsive, takes accountability, and willing to resolve issues. I’d love to support your business again in the future (we loved the cookies we ordered!)

Any time I’m in Conway, Kassi’s Cookies is a MUST! I haven’t tried anything yet that isn’t exceptional. You can taste the quality of the ingredients they use. Location is super cute and convenient. Any time I hear of a friend going to Conway I always suggest they stop by and grab a treat!
