My mother and I recently stayed at The Jules for two nights, and it was absolutely lovely. Our room felt more like a spacious apartment, offering plenty of room to relax. The property itself is full of character and exudes Southern charm, making it a perfect home base for exploring Savannah.

We appreciated the thoughtful touch of the local Byrd’s cookie amenity, as well as the fantastic location. The Jules is situated right off Chippewa Square, a great spot to unwind with a book, and it’s also just a short walk to Broughton Street, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. Each morning, I enjoyed walking around the city, soaking in the sights and the beauty of Savannah’s historic buildings.

The tech-forward check-in process made arrival seamless and convenient. While we didn’t spend too much time in the room, the spacious layout would be perfect for a longer stay. I’d highly recommend The Jules for couples and small families looking for a charming and well-located place to stay in Savannah.

My husband stayed here in February by himself and loved it. Remarked he didn’t know what the negative comments about the noise were about but he was on the top floor. We checked in today for another stay and we understand the noise issue now. The units are beautiful and tastefully decorated but they obviously put the bare minimum into redoing the wood floors and so I fear there is no sound proofing between floors. I think that because we could hear everything in the unit above us. Everything. As an added problem there is a restaurant right on the corner across the street (Zuni’s) that has a large outdoor seating area and plays music outside until 11pm. In fairness the owners of Jules know it, they provide ear plugs and a white noise machine by each bedside. That should tell you everything you need to know about the noise problem. Lots of cute places in the historic district and we have stayed at several with no noise issue. I would skip this one. The price is good for a reason. Also I gave 1 star for service only because there isn’t any on site.

Beautiful building and area, perfect spot in the Historic section and easy to walk to everything. We stayed in the Diamond Suite. Very spacious, kitchen & baths are modern, full kitchen & having a washer & dryer is really nice. Everything was super clean and bery comfortable. Check in & out directions were easy to follow. Street parking was inexpensive & easy to find off hours and is unlimited 8a-8p w/the meters. The Virtual Help Desk is quick/helpful to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again! If you're someone who has issues with stairs, or occasional noise at night, ask questions before you stay. The elevator was out for a few hours one day during our stay, but we were notified right away and kept informed once it was functioning again. There are beautiful original stair cases as options to enter & exit, which was perfectly fine for us. |The area is charming and has lots of options for food, drink and shopping. The trolley runs everywhere. There is one bar that's a very popular place, so late night/? closing can be a bit loud. We had an amazing stay and I would definitely stay here again!

This was a last minute visit and we are so happy we found the Jules! We stayed in the Amber suite. It was a beautiful apartment style accommodation that is well appointed in a dreamy location of Historic Savannah. We had a hard time leaving and would definitely come back on our next visit.

Everything was perfect! Lovely place, great location, comfy beds. Checkin/out was easy, we didn’t have to spend time doing dishes or stripping beds like some Airbnb’s. We were able to add a pet last minute for $10! I will definitely stay here next time I come to Savannah.

Another buyer beware. I wanted to provide honest feedback. While the property itself was nice, there were a few issues that left me disappointed.
First, we were charged $100 (originally $250 - until we pointed out they were charging us for rugs that weren’t in our room) for what they described as damage to a rug - seen in the picture. It was a speck of dirt and a leaf. There was no vacuum or broom accessible to clean and we were told to leave as is. We had only stayed for a two nights and felt the charge was excessive and unreasonable, especially given the condition of the unit when we arrived. Water damage in multiple areas of the suite that was not there last year when we stayed. It left a bad impression on our experience. We have stayed several years under different management and this was the first year under Kasa management. This new, outsourced management is a poor representation of what Savannah has to offer.
Additionally, the check-in instructions were not provided until the day before our arrival, only after hours of trying to get info from the company. It caused unnecessary stress and confusion. It would have been helpful to receive these details well in advance, allowing us more time to prepare for our stay.
While I understand that cleaning and property management can be difficult, I believe these issues could have been handled more transparently and professionally. We hope they will consider improving communication and fairness for future guests.

Excellent stay in beautiful accommodation and super central location in downtown Savannah. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops,SCAD, river and more. Clean efficient apartment, wish we had more time to utilize.
Would 100 percent return.

This is a "Buyer's Beware" review of Kasa Jules Savannah. We booked a 4-night reservation at this property after Thanksgiving. We arrived in Savannah in the morning and in the afternoon received a text that our apartment was ready. But then a text immediately followed to inform us that "the elevators at our property are currently out of service" and to use the front entrance. I immediately responded that this was not acceptable and asked when the elevators would be fixed since we were on the 4th floor with luggage to carry. They were unable to say.

We requested at least help with our luggage. In response, they recommended we consider getting local services for "help needed to manage luggage under circumstances like these". Since the front door was now unlocked (so much for security) we looked at the stairs and decided against it, booked a room at the Marriott, and requested a refund, even agreeing to pay the first night. After all, this was a pleasure trip, and dragging luggage up 4 flights just didn't cut it. They offered us $100 on a $1300 payment they received in advance.

We looked forward to our stay in Savannah but found this experience to be a totally negative one. Lots of apologies and requests for patience - but little in return. There were many good reviews for this property, but from our perspective, one should also "Beware" that they accept no responsibility for their malfunctions. Oh yeah, besides the elevators, they also informed us at check-in that there was an “ongoing maintenance situation” in our unit…
