I tried Kakao for the first time. I ordered a large iced lavender oat milk lte with an extra shot of espresso and the dulce de leche churros. Customer service was good and quick. It was a beautiful day so I took advantage of the patio. My order was brought to my table. Everything was delicious!!

Love this coffee shop! Conveniently located in heart of Tyrone. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Bring your laptop to get some work done in this sunny, pleasant place. We bring our dogs sometimes to sit outdoors in their area nestled amongst pine trees. Large menu of breakfast and lunch items - a lot of variety and customization! Friendly staff! Very reasonable prices. Dine in or takeout options. Dog and kid friendly. Plenty of parking. Huge coffee flavor selection. Delicious coffee and food all around! I love their mini scones, supreme burritos and honey lavender coffee - yummmmm! Definitely worth frequenting here.

I got some potatoes through the drive thru to add with my meal. I get home to open my food and there's only 3 small spoonfuls of potatoes in the container. It didn't even completely fill the bottom of the container If it was 1 dollar for a side sure but the potatoes are over 3 dollars. Everything else was ok

We used the drive-thru today to order coffee and churros. OMG absolutely delicious! My latte was really lovely, made with high quality coffee. My kids loved the fresh churros! We will be coming back to this hidden gem!! ❤️

Cute cafe. Clean and friendly. Service was quick. Food was great. I got the steak burrito and my bf got the skillet. I got spicy sauce w mine and he got the mild. All great. I also got an iced chai latte and he got a Fresca which were both great. They offered milk alternatives. Decent seating but I didn’t notice boosters or high chairs. Didn’t use the bathroom. Plenty of parking. Will definitely be back. Oh and free WiFi!

Why 2 stars:
Owner is short with customers and employees. Owner is also always asking if you want extra stuff making you say no over and over again. They are disjointed—trying to do the “would you like fries with that” thing but failing to understand that the reason why it works at MD is that they have COMBOS. I would GLADLY take a super burrito, drink, and Cureos for a 10% discount.

Owner is stingy .. for example they charge you extra for another packet of sauce and refills on drip coffee and they hide the water cups. This is terrible.

And owner also doesn’t smile.

Why it was originally 5 stars:
I used to come twice a week. Great food, fantastic staff (other than owner). Now I come rarely ever— unless I’m in town with friends and family and we need something delicious, and Togo.

I take back what I said about this place , don't waste your time here there are better breakfast options. I order a Supreme breakfast chicken burrito and it was not Supreme, no avocado, no onions, no peppers. The employees are rude kids and you barely getting any food, I strongly recommend you to avoid this restaurant. I will never be giving them my business again, and that's a real shame, cause as my previous review states, this place wasn't half bad. Not any more,

Best place in Tyrone to grab breakfast or brunch, if you are in the area then i HIGHLY recommend checking this place out. Pictured is the veggie burrito, it doesn't come with cheese, so for me it perfect due to a dairy allergy... or maybe you are vegan/ vegetarian? This is the only meal i have tried on the entire menu so i dont know much about their other menu options, but they all sound delicious! However my favorite part isnt just the food, but the cozy cafe vibe they offer that sometimes makes me feel like im in California. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating, it also has a drive thru if you are on the go! They were also very pet friendly which is huge for me since I would rather bring my dogs than leave them at home, especially since you can even catch some shade under the trees outside. (Hopefully they are able to plant a nice tree in the large plant container outside). To conclude this review I must thank the staff for always being nice and helpful ,great folks! Dont forget to try one of their many flavored frescas on these hot days we are having!

Delicious food, friendly staff & welcoming environment. We had churros w Carmel, Cajun breakfast burrito, vanilla bean frappe & Carmel latte. The burrito was seasoned well & full of flavor. The churros were fried perfectly I couldn’t stop eating them. Just an excellent stop for coffee and breakfast. They even have a drive thru. We’ll certainly be back!
