Great great food, chef chefs well. The service not so good, 2 server bartenders take their sweet time. Uber door dash yes they cooked to order, but they are enjoy considerate in timing. A service skill. They are concerned with talking and serving bar drinks. Walk-in around two miles a minute. Get younger folks that move a little faster and with purpose. This is ridiculous. As a owner I would advise on this service

We stopped here on our way to Virginia, and we were so pleasantly surprised. We ordered the wings and ribs combo that had 10 wings and 3 ribs to split. We chose the “sweet hot” flavor for the wings. The wings were excellent. Being from Memphis, we know our ribs, and we thought the ribs were really good too. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Randy made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and our waitress, Danny, was a sweetheart. When we are traveling in the area, we will be back.

I came here and ordered food at 2:07 at 2:45pm my order was forgotten. They’re like we can make your food in 4mins, mind you i have to be at work in 30 mins but drive another 30mins away, to say pissed is an understatement.

My husband got food poisoning after eating a Philly here! My daughter & me both had diarrhea after getting the shrimp salad! Waitress had great customer service and drinks were strong but food the food wasn’t that good but w nothing else was open after church so we decided to try this place and never will be back!

Went to Jr Crickets, Panola rd and ordered a 10 piece meal. I asked for all flats, the bartender then proceeded to tell me that all flats were $4.50 more. Don’t get me wrong, your prices are your prices… but $4.50 for all flats is INSANE ! Last time they’ll get my money!

I would have been more pleased eating a soggy bowl of cereal then have eaten the burger I got from Jimmy cricket. The burger was smaller then the enormous bun that it was on. When I started to bite into the burger, I had to stop chewing to spit out the hard pieces of whatever it was, that was making the burger "griddy and crunchy".  The burger had no taste and it looked like it was cooked in the microwave. I was applaud by this over priced, poor quality nasty tasting burger. The meal came with fries and was what I ate because I was not going to continue eating that burger.

What makes me more irritated is that I called ahead. Thinking when I get there I pick up my food , pay, then leave. But that is NOT this place. Even though I called in my order ahead, when I got there, it was not ready. The nice bartender informed me that they make the orders after you come in and pay. Then what was the point of taking my order over the phone! It took over 40 minutes to get my food., that was in addition to the time I had called ahead. They kept saying "your order is coming".  I just REALLY WISH , I knew that jimmy cricket made your order after you pay. And I wish someone would have told me, their burgers are nasty. I wasted my time and my money.  I will never be back there to eat.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon, bar was full and a few people sitting waiting on there to go order. The bartender was also the waitress and she did an amazing job with multitasking between her bar guest and dine in guests.
I order a grilled tilapia sandwich with fries. It took less than 10 mins to receive my food. The sandwich was huge and the tilapia was seasoned well and far from bland. My fries were hot and crispy and sprinkled with some season salt. My daughter ordered wings and fries and she ate all her food so apparently hers was delicious too. Overall the Food was on point and so was the service. Only complaint I have is the price for SODA ranges between $3.50 and 4.00. That’s an extremely high price point for a soda beverage at a bar establishment. Definitely would go back and eat here again!

Best wings on the EASTSIDE. They fry them hard the first time!!!! I wish they would clean the chicken a lil more but it’s good nevertheless.
