Looking for your new favorite restaurant in Flagstaff…. Josephine’s is at the top of the list. Seriously, We can not say enough wonderful things about Josephine’s. The food and service and atmosphere are unmatched and deserving of more than 5 stars. Every dish had impeccable flavor. The Halibut and short ribs were cooked to perfection and melted once it hit our mouth and the flavor was a culinary delight. We will be back and sharing our amazing experience with everyone we meet. Thank you Josephine’s for bringing quality food and customer service to Northern Arizona. Cheers!

Went to Josephine's for my Birthday Dinner.Very upscale but also cozy and intimate.Every course was delicious.Service was also a 10/10 I highly recommend the baked brie, filet entree and raspberry lemondrop🤌

Went here with family for thanksgiving of 2024. We had a reservation for 5:30, but it took 30mins to get seated due to having 9 people in our party, although that’s pretty much to be expected. It was cold outside, but there are multiple gas firepits outside to warm up, including a pretty big one that can handle probably 13 people huddled around it. The food was incredible, possibly even better than we make at home. Staff were all friendly and cracked some good jokes. Even the other customers were cool. Would highly recommend. P.S. The pecan pie is incredible! And would also recommend the chocolate cake.

This place is super cute and cozy. Sat right by the fire and a window. The service was excellent, our server was Slade. Polite, friendly, and efficient. I got the fried green turkey sandwich and he had the crabcake po boy. Tried both and they were amazing. Fries were awesome as well. Very impressed.

This little amazing restaurant was superb in service and ambience. We sat by the fireplace and had a few drinks with dinner. I highly recommend the raspberry lemon drop as well as the house made long island. We ordered the crab cakes to start and they were good, they had a great crab taste but it was more filler than crab in my opinion. We then ordered the Filet with the crimini mushrooms. That we asked to split, which means the kitchen butterflies the filet and cooks each piece individually. Which caused us to have to send back part of the filet twice one time because it was overdone the other time because it was barely cooked.. they did make it right by giving us half off of that entree which was amazing. The zeppoles are to die for! We got them to go and we were able to eat them in our hotel room. Our server Kyra was absolutely amazing and so on point with her recommendations of food and wine as well as drinks and dessert her service is why I will come back to this restaurant.

This place is pretty sweet! It seems you have to reserve to get any interesting seats, but hey, the atmosphere was acceptable. There is a lovely fire pit outside, which was super warm.

There wasn't really a wait period as I arrived and was seated almost immediately. The caveat was that it seemed only two spots were open for walk-ins. Massive bummer

The server I had was an awesome dude who had great energy and was very welcoming and knowledgeable about various menu items.
I had ordered a Maple old fashioned which was splendid and not too intense. The male did, in fact, compliment the strong alcoholic taste.
I also ordered the calamari, which was delicious, I suggest the spicy sauce as it added tons of life.
Next was the main course, which was the chicken cordinbleu, which was delicious. The sauce is perfect.

Dessert was a cheese thing that wasn't that good as it clashed with the crackers, in my opinion, but whatever... over all, it was an awesome experience.

We came with our dog, knowing we would most likely have to leave her in the car. I saw the temporary enclosure on part of their patio and asked it they would allow our dog to be with us in there. They apparently were not planning to seat people in there, but told us they would turn on the heaters in there so we could bring her in. We wee the only role out there the entire time.
That spoke volumes as to their putting the client first.Luis, the manager, made sure to check on us twice, starting up the other heater when the first ran out of propane. Very personable and attentive. Katie was excellent help as a server. Do often servers know nothing about wine…not in this case. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, and so personable,
The Trifecta was maybe the favorite of the evening fare, with the osso Buco a close second, both were wonderfully prepared and delicious.
Will love coming back in the warmer months to sit outside on there beautiful patio.

Stopped here for lunch/brunch. After getting such high reviews for dinner, I was hoping lunch would be just as good. Unfortunately, that was not the case for us. We tried a few things as a group and just no wow factor. I had the fried chicken sandwich, it was good, but nothing special in my opinion.

Service was great! Very prompt service, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were very attentive to our small group.

Atmosphere was very lively. Lots of customers eating, enjoying wine, and chatting away the day. Outdoor seating for those perfect days! However, we ate upstairs and we felt the air was a little stagnant. The restaurant is an old house, so no a/c or fans. We had to open the window to get some airflow in the room.

I would still recommend the place for the ambiance, and I’ll have to come back and give them another shot for dinner.
