This was our second visit to J&J, and we were again very pleased with the facility. The owner is very accommodating and gave us an extra night when we called the day before and told him we were coming in a day early. The park is kept very clean and well-presented. There was no problem with any of the utilities. The site we had was possibly the best in the park with a very large side area, and close to the dog run. If I were to complain about anything, it would be the small size of the dog run. But it was still large enough to allow our three large dogs to go off-lead for as long as they wanted.||I will recommend J&J RV Park to anyone planning on staying in Kanab, and if I have the chance to return to Kanab, I will stay there.

Very quaint, quiet park. Little noise overnight at all. WiFi was strong and speedy. Lot was very well kept and clean. Office staff was well prepared for our arrival and friendly. Access to the lot and the booking experience were a breeze. Maintenance guy, Warren, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and even loaned us equipment when ours wasn’t adequate (septic hose length). It was a nice stay, and Warren pushed it over the top. Big recommend!

This is a nice little park off the main road with easy access in and out. The sites are long and wide and clean. I was very impressed that my picnic table was spotless when I got there. The gentleman in the office was extremely nice and helpful and outgoing. It's nice to have somebody who welcomes you to their park and is truly glad that you're there. I was only there for one night as I was just passing through, so I don't have a lot of information about the park, but I would stay there again.

We stumbled upon J&J Campground when we realized we didn’t want to drive into Zion late at night. The location was perfect, and the online reservation process made it incredibly easy to book a same-day spot—right around 8 pm! The facilities were spotless, and the shower area was fantastic. It was exactly what we needed, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and hassle-free experience!

Well maintained; nice dog playpen; Clean Laundry-very reasonably priced; didn't use showers but based on the general over-all condition of property would expect cleanliness; convenient; grocery store and restaurants within walking distance; wide paved roads, all Level gravel sites; hook-ups were very convenient and all worked well. Would highly recommend.

What a great park. Small enough to be personal but the sites are spacious. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the location is super easy for all things Kanab and beyond, and the management, Anthony in particular, could not be more friendly, helpful and accommodating. What's not to like? We hope to be back.

We only stayed one night. It’s a little hard to find the entrance, but one you do it’s a fairly new park or at least it looks like it. Clean nicely set up.
I would stay here again and if i come thru again i will, my interaction with the staff was very respectful and nice.

Outstanding RV park with a great owner/operator. Anthony was very personable during check-in. Site was great with good water pressure, level, and strong electric. This was our second stay here and we will return again if ever in the area.
