We had an excellent experience using JC's Catering in June, 2016. JC’s Catering provided a level of flexibility that other caterers that our venue suggested could not or would not. For example, we needed a vegetarian meal for a party of 120 people, but also wanted to have enough variety to please all of our guests. Since the party was for our teenage daughter, JC's Catering enthusiastically made her desire a reality of starting the meal with dessert and ending with dessert. They were able to help us put together a fantastic meal that everyone enjoyed. We would highly recommend JC's to anyone who is having an event big or small.

JC's Catering created a delicious and wonderful experience for our guests at Jared the Galleria of Jewelry in Mesa. Mark not only prepared wonderful appetizers for our guests to enjoy but interacted with each of them while making sure they had everything they needed. His willingness to work around our needs for this special one day event was perfect. Mark was professional and extremely organized. We look forward to enjoying his services and yummy food again at the end of November.

I can't say enough good things about JC's Catering. The people are so nice and work with me to get the right menu for my venue. Not to mention that the food is always amazing. I have used them many times over the years and have always had such great quality food and service. I've done everything from big formal sit down dinners to buffet style with them and it's always been fantastic! Love JC's!!!

JC's catering did a great job for my son's wedding. The food was delicious and their team is very

JC's catering has excellent food!!! Mark the Head Chef can do anything you need. He offers a large menu of choices and can easily adapt to your specific needs. They can do small parties like kids birthday's to Super Bowl parties to Large Company engagements to Weddings. They are very flexible and with very reasonable prices. Mark's catering service is amazing and highly recommended! I was able to customize a fabulous variety of entrees and side dishes for a corporate affair that I hosted at my home. We had executives from all over the country and they all raved about the delicious dinner! The dinner was delivered at the exact requested time so that it was hot, fresh and ready to be served. Mark and JC's catering were a real HIT at my daughters birthday party!! Working with a limited budget (and time frame) he really took the initiative to walk me through our options creating a custom menu just for me. Right from the start I could tell that my business was important to him even with my small party of 30 guests. We ended up going with a BBQ platter of smoked brisket and pulled pork sliders that were excellent paired along with a chipotle potato salad which deserves a whole review of its own! The food was delivered right on time and still piping hot when we all dug in. Everything was moist and packed with flavor I really cant say enough about the melt in your mouth BBQ. With the highly professional presentation I really felt like I was treating my guests to something special instead of the usual restaurant take out I have done in the past. I cant wait for my next excuse to call him so that I can try more of his delicious food.
