Positive: Absolutely nothing. I debated on leaving and getting another room at a direct hotel best by. You should not list This hotel until they change it dramatically. Negative: Holes on the walls, bed not made up, plastic outdoor chair at the table, furniture broken and extremely beat up. Wet carpet near the ac unit, I could go on and on.

Do not stay in this hotel. It seems to be a work in progress but with nobody running the show for the regular expectations of a hotel. The Linens were changed and had holes in them and stained. There's grimy dirt everywhere. The carpet is Icky on your feet and bubbled up. We made the manager bring us clean sheets but they didn't fit the bed. But at least they looked clean. He even gave us two new pillows in plastic but no pillow cases. I did go looking for pillowcases and expected to find any clean sheets blankets or other toiletries in the laundry area, but I was appalled in what I saw. toilet which barely flushes had poop under the toilet seat. The mat on the bathroom floor was still wet from someone else's shower. I saw two baby roaches. The only good thing I can say about the room is at least it didn't have bed bugs. I even called Priceline to tell them to take it off the list. But I am not sure that they did that. We wouldn't have stayed if we weren't so exhausted. But we are going to disinfect for cockroaches when we get home

The room was dirty, people had stayed in the room before and it was never cleaned. I had to change the bed linens and used my own blanket. Thankfully I was only trying to sleep off a drunk so I could drive home. So, it served it's purpose I guess.

When I say I'm going to report this place I mean to the right people. Nobody should be made to pay for these conditions and even though I know someone who desperately needs a place would be greatfull I would not even wish it on them. The conditions are very unsanitary. There's holes that are not covered in the walls where the ac is located...horrible smell..no light fixtures..outlets keep popping. Was praying it didn't catch on fire while there. Greasy fingerprints n nastiness all over everything. The floors disgusting. We had no choice but to wait it out with the storms but as soon as daylight arrived we booked it. He is well aware of these conditions and should have offered a full refund. But I promise you I will get that and make sure something is done about this location before others are in the same situation and lose money when I would recommend it's safer in your car if it came down to it. PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING..DO NOT STAY HERE.

Make sure you are up to date on your tetanus shots before staying here. My "non-smoking" room came with a convenient bottle of Lysol disinfectant spray to cover up the smell of smoke. I slept with my clothes on because the room was a dump and there were all sorts of bugs everywhere. If you need extra toilet paper, don't worry. You can pick up a half-used roll in the lobby. Also, the furniture was stained, the bathroom was dirty, the sheets and towels were dirty, the floor was a patchwork of carpet (and dirty), and the refrigerator stank (and was dirty). On the plus side, the refrigerator did keep my bottle of soda cold. I was too scared to look in the microwave. You get what you pay for...

Great location but when I say this place is a dump, I mean it. We had to leave because we had about 5 rooms and wasn’t about to spend 1200 on bedbugs , holy headboards, walls and carpet. The front desk person was really nice though. Police was following folks out the parking lot..

Horrible! The room was nasty. The air conditioner didn't work (it was an ANCIENT window unit. It appears some people live here. They were very noisy. I do NOT recommend. I just pray that Iwe didn't get lice or scabies! Again, HORRIBLE! Stay ANYWHERE else!

No heat no wash clothes no soap no trashcan. Bed and pillowcases had not been changed. Bugs crawling on tables. Ring from last attendants cup. Floors nasty. Small of Marijuana from next room very disturbing. Noisy. Never stay there again. Lady that checked me in very sweet and helpful. Only good thing about the place.
