i came in for dinner the other night with my family never been here before…food was decent but over priced, but i did not like hearing all the conversation from the staff…. loud rap music was playing from the kitchen sounded terrible from our table, it was mixing with the other music playing.. beans an enchilada were cold, cheese wasn’t melted inside.. waitress was having inappropriate and loud conversations on the phone and with the cook… complete chaos… do not waste your money or bring your family here, you will be disappointed..

I had the best experience this morning! The fajitas were so yummy😋 Blanca’s the absolute sweetest very attentive, sad to see there was a negative review about her! I’ve been here multiple times in the morning for breakfast and she’s always been the best. My favorite waitress! See you guys soon!!

Jalapenos started well good food,service atmosphere, now even the music is different, staff members continouly changing ,idk the name of the guy short mexican wih a hat not very friendly morning shift food not the greatest had the red chie plate .it was cold , to much fat , to many flies makes it hard to eat also was there monday in the evening only one waitress tried her best .roughly slow for the most part . With only one person working gives place bad aspect . It's a restaurant Globe /miami needs for this town .just needs more personnel,or care on behalf of whoever runs this place . Hope it succeeds . Over all I give it a 5

Jalapeños has delicious food! We were a large group and tried many things on the menu, they were all large portions and yummy!! The chips and salsa were also so good! The mole-authentic! The relleno-muy rico! The burritos-giante! Clean, great service. We’ll be back!

My husband and I ordered a taco salad, it was watery and the taste was very plain taco Bell taco salads are better than jalapeños restaurant. We were very disappointed and it wasn't worth what we paid for it. We expected it to be more authentic than it was.

Can’t even in peace my meal because all I hear is Blanca talking all the insights with all the employees including the owners like Judi. This place needs some better management, the food is not bad but all the novelas I hear are overrated

Staff member Ivy was very courteous and helpful! Answered all my silly questions.
Chips, churros, and rice pudding made in house. 👍
I went during the lunch rush, so a short wait was expected. Not too bad.
Food was okay, prices are pretty much what you'd pay anywhere in town.
You can order over the phone.
