I stayed for a few months. I wish the free breakfast was included but not for folks staying a month or more.
I did like the nice big pool and the layout of the park.

However, we had to move spots . Which was only a little better, cause everything it rained, the park would flood. And, I mean FLOOD!

I thought they were rather expensive. You have to pay for electric plus your lot rent, which is pretty high.
It's well water...and they charge more per kilowatt then the electric company.. which that kinda upset me when I found out.
Overall, we were paying almost $1200 for a small RV lot.
Other then the swimming pool and a bathhouse there really isn't any other amenities. They do have a miniature golf course however the green is completely tore up and it's not been updated. The have a club house but it was shut down a lot cause the roof was leaking. They had a couch u can sit down on and read and I think a TV.
Internet at that time was so bad.. it was down more then up.. however, I heard the made improvements to this.

In general, I thought it was just okay but would go back more then a weekend.

Nice park with lots of trees and a pool. There was a clubhouse and waffles for breakfast. We were able to find hiking, biking and golfing a short drive away. Sites are close, but not cramped, and level. Staff was very helpful.

We’ve stayed here several times over last five years. First stay in a deluxe cabin. Absolutely amazing and we loved it! Clean, comfortable, cozzy. Friendly staff, clean grounds. Nice dog park. Pet friendly, kid friendly. Highly recommend. Video coming out on Hammocks to Coasters on YouTube.

We rented the $200/night cabin. Motel 6 has more room in it. The dishes included 1 bowl, 1 fork, and not much else. It was tiny and dirty. I definitely wasted money. If we had brought our RV, it would have parked very unevenly in mud (it had rained a few days). The store seemed good, but opened after 10am the day we were there.

Very good location right off the highway. Super friendly staff, and very helpful. Has a playground, pool, and individual dog pens. RV spaces are level and gravel, surrounded by tall pines. Also has a 24 hour laundromat. Only minor minor drawback; only three shower stalls in men's bathroom. But hey, that's a small thing. They'll also provide breakfast and dinner as well as firewood. Nothing is more than maybe a 150-yard walk at the furthest point, so it's convenient.

There is good and bad here. The good is easy to find, free “make yourself “ waffles and coffee in the morning and the pool was open but unheated. The bad is the loud freeway noise, no pavement, only sand and gravel, causing dust storms every time a vehicle passes by your site. But, this does give the park a rural rustic feeling. I had requested a quiet site but was in the row closest to the noisy road and freeway. I had hoped for a site at the back of the park but was told this was the only site that would fit our 42 foot rig.
The hookups are at the back of the site so we had to unhook our tow vehicle and park it in front of our Class A. 5th wheels shouldn’t have this problem. I hope more gravel is put down to help with the dust/sand issue.

Cabin was clean ! Staff super helpful ... Cabin are getting expensive ..
This is not key West ... But good spot to hit the sack when you are too tired to set up camp and do not feel like finding a hotel that accepts dogs 😂 very close to the highway so ... Some noise but really inside the cabin I do not really hear much expect some Jakebrake action ... Which is music to my ears so ...🤣😆😉
