Excellent neighborhood Cafe with creative and usual fare. Our first time here so we weren't able or willing to do a large sampling! There's casual indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant is nestled among beautiful, modest homes. It's a welcoming place for single, couple or group dining. It's a good place for children. It's busy enough that children activity doesn't stand out yet quiet enough for profound or casual conversation. The Turkish breakfast drew me in!

Mixed experience, great service, fast friendly helpful, but the food was average. High quality ingredients, local, well prepared, but some of the pairings were weird.

For example, the spinach ruined the breakfast burrito, it almost entirely infused it with a weird green spirulina flavor. The breakfast sandwich was fine, the lemon aioli was delicious, but somewhere between the arugula, brioche bun, and lemon aioli did not work. And both the espresso drinks were horrible, like burnt office coffee from yesterday.

One of the very best dining experiences of my life was at this adorable, gem of a restaurant! I have lived all over the Pacific Northwest and the Intermountain West, and am a self-described foodie. I also grow most of my own fruits and vegetables on my large urban garden. So I guess you could say I know good food 😊
This dining experience exceeded my highest expectations! Everything from appetizers to entrees to dessert was top-notch. My fusilli pasta dish came out quickly and was piping hot, perfectly seasoned, and it was a large portion of pasta with delectable bread on the side to sop up all the yummy sauce! The salad should not be missed. The freshness and artistry of the salad was like a masterpiece (I love salad!). Also, I had the Sweet Lime cocktail, which was absolutely to die for. It was so fresh and fruity and well balanced. Would order that again in a heartbeat. It's a perfect cocktail for a spring or summer day! In addition, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. And knowing that the ingredients were as local and homemade as you can get was the cherry on top! Thanks Jackson's Corner!!!

Had brunch here with 2 of my teens we ordered:

1. Junkin with gluten free toast (gluten free options)
2. Classic breakfast with bacon and a biscuit
3. Breakfast sandwich.

Pros:
Service was fast and friendly. Place was clean and inviting.

Cons:
They only have oat milk and cow milk no other milk alternatives. Not the end of the world but worth knowing if you want a fancy coffee with breakfast.

Food: The food was a 4.5/5 the sandwich was a hit and the classic breakfast was good with the exception that the potatoes were bland with no seasoning and not very crispy. The Junkin was good except 50% of the veggies were turnips. Which are not my favorite so picked most of them out. The gluten free toast was delicious! (Note I've had the junkin before when it was more balanced with more of a variety to the veggies so this might be hit or miss)

Over all a good visit

Side note there is no parking lot or designated space for parking so you have to find a spot on a residential street which can be tricky.

A great location in Bend and the interior has a wonderful open area vibe that still feels small and personal. The food is fresh with organic ingredients. Presentation is always on par. Delicious mixed drink and beer options.

Update: upon further reflection, and over 8 visits, I came to the realization that I could eat here every day for the rest of my life. It’s the only answer to “if you were stranded on a desert island and could only eat one thing, what would it be?”

I just discovered there is more than one location. I’ve only been to this spot a few times but it’s certainly worth the effort. The lines are often long and the menu seems limited, but I’ve always found something great to eat and Jackson’s Corner is a wonderful place to visit. I have not been here for breakfast and based on other reviews, breakfast looks like a winner. Lunch is great too and I like the outdoor patio if it’s not snowing outside.
Bend has a lot a great spots and whenever I’m in town, this spot is one we make time for.
