My husband went and ordered a Big Jack combo. Then, ordered my hamburger plain with mayo, mustard, and pickles. Plus a regular ff. My hamburger had only mayo. Then, my husband told the cashier that there should be another fry. He tried showing her the receipt with our order and she would not look at it. He paid for the extra fries and did not get them.

I placed an order around 1:10pm. at the drive thru i told them i had an online order, after they said theyd go check they said alright pull up, i got to the window and they asked me what was the name, then they said what did you have, i showed them the first picture, they said alright, i assumed they were going to go make it right then, she comes back and says alright it was somewhere else actually i found it, i checked and i was missing my 5 biscuits and i told them , they said ok and gave me them. then when i get home i realize they didnt give me the correct sauces, and my boyfriend went to drink his sweet tea and there was plastic coming out of the straw, he looks in the cup and finds more plastic, pic number 2, then i open my cup and finds white paper it seems like floating in my cup. pic number 3. but i mean every thing was great, food wise. just wish the drinks were fine & i had my sauce 😂😭

I ordered two chicken wraps and I ask for ranch and honey mustard. We'll, one had mayo and the other was plain mustard. Every table in there was nasty. Both times I have been there I have had to ask them to wipe the tables. One guy was walking around to every table asking if we/they order two piece with biscuit.

I have eaten from here 3 times and all 3 times there has been an issue. The first time I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and got home to realize that I had gotten the grilled chicken sandwich. When I went back up to the store they located my sandwich with my name on it and instead of making me a new one they gave me the one that had been sitting there for quite a while. The second time I went I was missing a fry in my order and was given all the wrong sauces. The 3rd and likely last time I ate from here I order a chicken sandwich with no pickles but got pickles anyway and I also ordered a big bacon and asked for no lettuce tomatoes or onions and I got onions anyway. Then if that wasn’t bad enough I found a nice wavy black hair in my fries! Oh also I did order milkshakes from here and I ordered the cookies and cream one and I received chocolate chip cookie dough. This place is literally a joke at this moment and I’m not sure they can make it right but one thing I do know is they all need some extra training up there cause this is sad!

So far so good since the place been open to our experience. 1st was with the Drive-Thru after a few days they open & got our food quick even though there was a lot of vehicles. 2nd time was when we went in to take our order to see what the inside looked like & it was nice. Definitely a good place to get delicious Fried Chicken or Chicken Strips with good friendly customer service.

My Mama, Brother, and me just had such a great dine in experience in Ocilla, Georgia at Jack’s! The food was delicious and the service was even Sweeter! Patrick went out of his way to make sure everyone’s food and service was top-notch!

The manager Kenya(excuse the spelling if incorrect ) tonight had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Her unprofessional and attitude towards me … due to staff admitting that she messed up my order!!!! I even offered to pay for the mishap on the staff’s end concerning my order. Not to mention, I drove 15 miles to patronize the establishment. FIX YOUR MANAGEMENT JACKS!!

First time eating at a Jack's but ate there yesterday in my hometown of Ocilla Ga 😎 I ordered a four piece chicken tender fries and coke 😍 chicken and fries was seasoned. I will return to try out other menu orders 😜
