My wife stopped in to order 10 tacos and large curly fry for me, she overheard one of the employees say they were gonna go smoke. We get the order and none of the tacos have cheese or hot sauce, the lettuce taste old as well.

I'm pretty sure they gave us old tacos and the kid that was too high to function didn't even prepare them correctly.

This Jack in The Box is always giving terrible service, too bad it's the only one close. The newer one has never had issues

Just a simple order. Couple tacos. But they are having everyone (car in front of me as well as car behind) park after ordering food and then bring the food out to them. Guessing it's to show better stats in the drive thru. But it always adds an extra 5-10 min of sitting waiting in the car parked and a lot of inefficiency for them of having to send someone out with food rather than just hand it through the window. They don't even have designated places for people to park to wait so the delivery person doesn't even know where to go exactly. Is a bad review worth showing better drive thru stats. Idk.

I went to this place yesterday and the guys looked like on drugs.. take more then 30 minutes to get my order.. and the line in the drive thru it wasn't long. A lot of cars just let because of it..

We drive a big truck and sometimes we want some tacos. These employees at this jack in the box allow us to order at the window walking up when the lobby is closed which I think is awesome

Whoever cooked my burgers needs to be commended. 🏆👍🏻 The burgers and salad were perfect and they looked just like the ones in the photos. Whoever cooked and neatly wrapped the burgers did a great job and you can see that they really care about the quality of their work. (This is in stark contrast with the squashed, sad-looking hamburger I got from McDonald's a few days ago, which looked like someone had stepped on it 😅).

The Double Jack I ordered had fresh veggies, two juicy thoroughly cooked meat patties, fluffy buns, was nicely put together, and they got my customized online burger orders correct! (unlike Wendy's, which has been very disappointing in quality of food lately and they've consistently gotten my online orders wrong for customized burgers and salads, which I pick up in the drive thru).

Thank you also to the night worker with the headphones, a Hispanic man, who brought my food out so I didn't have to wait. I appreciate the good food and courteous, high-quality service, and that my food was nicely wrapped and packed instead of just thrown together.
