I have used it's party time catering for multiple events. They handled my wedding of 200 guests, and my corporate holiday parties, 1000 guests, and our summer company bbqs. They do a great job building menus to match my budget, great food, great presentation and professional service. One time we had to use a different catering company due to them being booked and we definitely noticed a huge difference. Viki and her team do an amazing job.

Amazing experience! Viki and her team were so awesome and easy to work with! She worked within our budget to help us find meals and a set up that would work for us. The communication along the way was good. On the wedding day her team also went above and beyond to check in on me and make sure that I had food and drinks. They also were so kind to all of our other vendors making sure that they were good. I really appreciate them and was really happy we chose them. Thank you!

Viki and her team were incredible and made our wedding day more than we could have ever imagined. She was extremely friendly and accommodating and was always helping us get the best deal. Your goto Catering!!! Party Time is the Best Local Catering in all of Newberg and Yamhill!. Party Time just provided breakfast for the Tuesday AM Veterans Meetup Coffee Group. Excellent food, great job and I so appreciate them supporting our military community.

We hired Viki and her team to cater our company's summer BBQ, and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish! Viki was quick to respond to every inquiry from the initial quote, to add-ons, to an unexpected time change, all the way to the final invoice. They were even able to help with backyard game rentals, which were a huge hit at our event! The team that arrived the day-of was prompt, organized, and provided fantastic, friendly service. I got so much positive feedback on the food, shave ice, and mocktails. Viki and her team truly go above and beyond, and provide incredibly detailed service. Call them - you will not be disappointed!

There aren't enough words that can express how great Party Time Catering is! They did a fabulous job catering our wedding. Not only is Viki incredibly kind, but she was easy to work with and clearly has a passion for creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for her customers. She worked diligently to tailor the menu to our liking and was quick in responding anytime we had questions (I bugged her more than I probably should have haha)! She made both my husband and I feel amazing at our wedding and went out of her way to ensure our grandparents received extra attention as well! She continued to check in on us during dinner and truly put her heart into her work. We continue to receive compliments, to this day, about the food and the catering! June 17,2017 I married my best friend and it’s party time made sure we had the perfect meal for our wedding. Everyone loved the pulled pork and all the sides. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. They not only had amazing food but amazing personality’s and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a catered event.

It’s party time also catered my sisters baby shower about 5 years ago and was amazing then as well. Like I said the staff is amazing and easy to work with. The food that was catered then was seriously delicious and all her guest was complimenting on all the food! Highly recommend them for any occasion!

I had another catering company which almost bailed on us the last minute so I quickly reached out to It's Party Time Catering and Viki helped me so quickly and got me an estimate within an hour of me calling. She was super nice and helpful. I ended up hearing back from my original caterer so went with them as I had already placed a deposit but still had to give props to It's Party Time Catering and Viki as I have never had someone respond to quickly. She was great!
