We had a spot here for a few years. The location is wonderful! The views are gorgeous and it’s nicely located. The owners keep the grounds well maintained. The rules are heavy handed. Now eliminating camp fires. They removed the community fire pit to add more sites too. Also removed the small playground, and cable tv being supplied. Yet rates rose annually.

They also tasked us with tree trimming and limb removal - something I’ve never had to do at a rented site before. It was fairly dangerous doing it ourselves, but I’m not hiring a service to remove dead limbs from someone else’s trees.

This year our electric meter was padlocked. Not due to lack of payment. Even they admitted we pay everything on time. She wanted to argue with us about a box we left outside over winter, and keeping kayaks off the ground. The kicker is that ours were always in a rack anyway, and it was one box left accidentally.

The fellow tenants were great!
