The manager, Angel, is so sweet and helpful. She truly cares about the guests. The rooms and property are beautifully maintained. The after hours man is very helpful as well. The other lady in the office isn't as welcoming and seems to be on her phone a lot.

This place was fine the first month we were there , after that it went to complete hell. The fire alarms went off constantly late hours of the night. We had NO HOT WATER for two weeks. And no refund or discount due to the no hot water. We had a fridge go out and spoil $200 worth of groceries . The laundry is an absolute nightmare. If you want to get laundry done you have a better chance of washing it in the sink and drying it with a hair dryer. And god forbid you don’t get your clothes out of the dryer ASAP someone will take out your clothes and throw them on the dirty table sitting in the laundry room. The staff doesn’t do anything about people that stand right outside their rooms and smoke weed. Your rooms will reek of it. There is also someone that called the room at 11:30 at night saying their system went down and started asking for card information so beware of scammers. Called the front desk and they said they had no idea about any of it. There’s a lady that lives in the woods behind the hotel that is off something. She is constantly screaming profanity and is up 24/7 so don’t expect to get a good nights sleep at this place go to another extended stay this one is not it.

The place is horrible. Manager is difficult to deal with and never available. They don’t maintain the property. I was without water for more than 24 hours. I was charged a late fee because the person at the desk didn’t know how to charge me for my room and because of a mistake they made I was charged 30 dollars for paying for my room after 1 pm. The place is infested with roaches. If the manager doesn’t like you she will not let you renew your room. Over all this place is horrible and should only be used as a last resort.

Staying at InTown wasn't a experience. The staff was good overall. But the facility was substandard. I worked 7pm to 7pm shifts. When I got to my room I couldn't get in my room for hours. Then a member of the staff used a crowbar to pry my door open. The thing that made me leave was the cold water. Was cold for 2 weeks. Not a good experience.

The room was great as I waited for my apartment to be ready. Clean and no issues at all. House keeping very nice and always provided with items I needed. Terrica was always great and provided amazing customer service! She always had a smile on her face and worked very hard. They all work hard to keep the property nice and clean daily. Location could be better but easy enough to get in car and get to places.

This property has great staff, they try as hard as they can to keep things clean and working. The room we are in may be pricey but it is in great condition and quiet until we find a more permanent place to stay. Location can be noisy from the street but that's not anyone's fault. We've stayed in another in town before and this one we feel is much better.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to two amazing staff members, from my very first day on this property.(The entire staff on this property are great). But these two individuals are simply beyond exceptional!

But the jewel that is SMILING TERRICA (she is NEVER seen without one, EVER!.). She is simply a management company's PURE GOLD, and I personally know what I speak. I worked on a 486-unit property as a bookkeeper for several years, so as I said I personally know the greatness of an asset that this woman possesses. Just today as I was waiting to check out several residents said they just popped in to say hello.
The power of a simple smile can truly make your day. I will definitely be stopping by to get one on the regular.

I enjoyed my stay very clean affordable rooms very nice staff location is by food shopping etc. and close to my job. They make sure you receive your packages. They work hard sometimes they are busy but overall I will miss the staff and people I met there.Thanks for everything!
