Horrible not safe men smoking in the corridors selling drugs drinking. Children running up and down the corridor and then they draw hearts and whatever else on your car windows and or body of the car and I had a rental car. Old mattress laying out by the trash bins, a train that runs both ways every 40 minutes or less and this is 24 hours going on. No one is in the office over the weekend, no security cameras and that big white manager is the meanest man I’ve ever met when I told him about these issues he stood up from behind his half wall pointed to the door and said “I don’t want to hear it I don’t care get the hell out of the office or I’ll call the police!” I called the police and they talked to him and told them that he wanted my son and I off the property or he would have us arrested!” No refund mind you I’m fighting that now with them, But threatens to call the police on us and makes false accusations in a statement he gave to my credit card company that I just had to rebuttal. When you book the place they do not tell you that you get 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 small towels that are thin and ruff to use, no extra sheets, no extra blanket, pillow for what they say is a pull out bed and it is a small ruff fabric couch that lays down from the back too make a twin bed size….again no sheet no blanket no pillow. The full size bed had no mattress pad and the sheets were disgusting and I booked the “new updated” section of this place. Do not stay here unless you don’t care about safety or a staff that can help you when needed. My trip to Edmund Oklahoma wasn’t business or vacation it was to arrange the funeral for my first husband who had died in his house and wasn’t found for 4 to 5 days later. The last thing I ever thought I would have to deal with was staying in an unsafe place and be treated like dirt by some big white angry manager that was hostile towards me telling me to get out and he was going to call the police and then tell them that he wanted me gone or he would have me arrested. BTW I’m white and I state his race due to the fact there was another man that checked me in and he is black, he was not the person that treated me so horribly it was the big white man I have his name but I won’t mention it. I believe this places business rides on people who are on welfare assistance, people that can’t get an apartment due to credit issues or no income, drug dealers. They take advantage of people that can’t do otherwise ripping them off and treating them as if they don’t have any other choices. On the option “How would you describe the hotel they don’t give any options to those that had a horrible experience do they?

I was treated so terrible by a guy named Anthony. He’s the maintenance manager there. I’ve never broken any rules there or any type of disturbing the piece. Anything I haven’t done anything wrong when I was staying there with my family and asked for my family. My wife was the problem in her daughter. They were calling the police almost every night for false accusations. And I was the spender I paid for our hotel but they didn’t put my name on the room with my wife. They just put my wife on the room and she made up all kinds of reasons to kick me out the hotel. The police even told my wife they couldn’t make me leave, but the people at that hotel still called the police out once again and they told the police that I’m trespassing and that I’m not supposed to be on the property made up so many lies because the maintenance man Anthony listen to my 16-year-old daughter lying and he called the police and then try to forgive me for trespassing when I was staying in the hotel since January 23, 2025 and I paid for our hotel again on January 27, 2025, the hotel people had me removed on February 6, 2025 and my reservation doesn’t end until February 8, 2025 and I had or or still have my receipt to show proof that I purchased for the time being, from January 27 to February 8. And like I said once again, I haven’t broken any rules or caused any problems or trouble or done anything wrong this hotel and then I told them I’m going to purchase again for my own hotel room and they told me no, there’s been too many problems with me. They wanted me to leave the premises and when I was already leaving the maintenance Anthony lied and said his boss wanted to press charges for trespassing like these people are very evil and insane and liars. No one should ever stay here no matter of the priceyou stay here and go end up being on probation when you leave there. Almost forgot you’re not allowed to park backwards in the parking lot either lol this place is out to get your money and get rid of you and whoever else is with you. I swear to god!

I have never written a negative review of any product or service, but I will make an exception. I am an Episcopal priest. A person in financial need asked me for help. I wrote a check to cover a week's worth of housing for her and her children. Steve, the office manager, refused the check from my parish. I drove down to the motel in order to pay with a credit card. There was a sign on the door that stated the office hours. The door was locked even though I arrived at a time when the office was supposed to be open for business. I called the number and told Steve that I was outside the office door and wanted to pay for this woman's stay. He told me that he would be back in 45 minutes. I replied that the sign said that the office was open. He said, but I get a lunch. His attitude was rude and somewhat condescending. He'll eat his lunch and then he'll put the family on the street.

First thing is they are NOT ADA compliant. I was visiting my son with my service dog & they threatened to throw my boys out because they don't allow animals. When I tried to educate them telling them they can't legally deny my dog & told them that they don't have paperwork like he was demanding & then he said his wife has papers on her dog, I told him then it's not a service dog. He then told me to bring in a doctor's note saying why I needed my dog, again illegal. I told him the only 2 questions they're allowed to ask are "is it a service animal & what service does it perform?" Only pets that help comfort have paperwork & aren't protected under the ADA.

NOT CHILD SAFE PROPERTY! I also found 3 fingertip pieces of a medical glove tied off filled with drugs in the walkway right by my kid's door.

They provide you with absolutely nothing in the kitchen to cook with, no TP, the bed was horrible with divets in it from not properly being cared for.

Funny how unsafe this place is with the drugs & wandering people on property, but their only concern was my service dog being on property. They seriously have their priorities mixed up.

Honestly, not a bad hotel. Until someone almost shatters your window, refuing to give a name or identification as to why he was violently striking my vehicle.
While i typically would be likely to assume the individual was employed at the hotel, i none the less felt that it was lucky i was there to prevent break-in to my vehicle. An employee is typically honest about their name and reason for engaging in such behavior, so it is difficult to assume that individual was instructed by the hotel to break in to vehicles in the parking lot.

After informing law enforcement of the suspicious individual attempting either violence against me or theft of my property, i decided to put a warning here to avoid such a place.

The abundance of single stars should have clued me in.

Stayed here for 2,5 weeks
Staff was very friendly. The day we were there to check in, we had a delay bc my suitcase was, for some reason, with another plane that flew to OKC, which made us late for the check in. Luckily the staff was still there and let us check in, with no rushing etc. We were able to check the room before signing.

The room had a lot of space. Bed was doable.

Only complaint is that the doors and the cabinets weren't clean. But we weren't that bothered by it!

I Just recently stayed here and the first room was disgusting the carpet had stains, then I asked for a better room I stayed one night in the other room, left came back they gave my room to someone else then tried to give me the other dirty room that I did not want the first time then I asked for my money back then they gave me another room on the bottom floor that one had roaches please don't waste your time or money this place is not worth it. then there was this crepo that tried to get me to come to his room if your women be very careful ..

The area is amazing with lots of restaurants and activities/ nearby stores around. Staff was friendly. Rooms are clean with no bugs. They have a laundry mat with vending machines with snacks. They have new beds in the rooms. Landscaping is great they keep it clean outside. I would recommend this place.
