I got overcharged when I checked in. The clerk said it is from her boss, but I showed her my reservation confirmation with the price. I have contacted Intown Suite through website everyday to get answer or refund the different amount but not hearing from them. The place is totally bad. Noisy at night, and the trains behind the building keep running all days and nights.

The location was decent, near gas stations, laundry mats and well as fast food places. The service was ehh, my service animal was removed from my room and placed with animal control and the story i was told was that he was roaming around the property so they thought he was stray, he is a pure siberian husky wearing a harness, there’s no way he is just stray. The room was absolutely filthy! I went in the room thinking it looked decent. The floors were terribly dirty. i walked around in the room with sock on for 5 minutes and they were black, the bathroom was filthy and the ac “face cover” kept falling off . I fought this room on sale and i don’t even think it was worth that price. This is not apartment style living, this was terrible. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Only problem is that i didn't get my deposit back. The room was cleaned when I left. Had to work early that morning and office was closed. When I called back for my deposit told me I didn't come by office to get it when they was closed 6am in the morning. I don't have money to give away or for anyone to take. If I wanted to be ugly about the situation I could have just contacted my lawyer.

Buford hwy, Norcross 30071 location. Douglas was an Excellent maintenance man and security officer. Stayed on top of resident calls no matter the time of day or night. He kept the property clean and handled maintenance calls as quickly as he could. The rooms are very small but I stayed in the apartment over the rental office which was huge. During the 2 years I was there Mike was the manager; great manager. He didn't tolerate nonsense, chaos, loud music, people speeding through the parking lot, unruly kids OR PARENTS, and did not allow illegal activity. First sign of any shenanigans and you were out. There are people whom I met that have lived there for more than 10 years. I personally never seen bugs or heard of any room having bed bugs during My time there. If I had to stay there again, I would. The location is good for those using the bus as the stop is in front of the hotel. School bus picks up and drops off at the hotel as well. Stores across the street and the pool just down the street, in reasonable walking distance. RIP Douglas

I want to say that Ms.LouAnn is awesome. Her customer service is awesome and she goes above and beyond. The rooms are cleaned and she manages the Property well. Thanks Ms. Louann for your hospitality. If anyone needs a nice extended stay check out the Buford hwy one in Norcross.

I would have to say my stay has been immaculate. I had an easy and educational check-in with Ms. Lou Ann and was able to take a look at a few rooms before I paid which was fantastic. The newly renovated premium rooms are so comfortable it feels like a condo or little apartment. The AC blows COLD Fresh air! I don't know much about the traditional or standard rooms but the premium rooms have been renovated. The community is quiet here everyone seems to have lives and jobs and just about any store, gas station, gym, or restaurant you can imagine is nearby. UberEATS, Amazon, and all delivery services will find your room easily with just the room number. My stay has been positive. I'm at my happiest point in life right now. Amen

I have a lawsuit I’m filing against in town suites Buford highway in Norcross.

In the past five months, our tenancy at Intown Suites has been characterized by punctual payments and a complete absence of disturbances. Our neighbor, the overnight staff member, can attest to this fact, being our sole neighbor due to our corner unit positioning.

Despite our consistent adherence to the terms of our agreement, the defendant, Louann the general manager representing Intown Suites, unjustly refused our payment before my departure for work, unfairly threatening us with a late fee. When we attempted to rectify the situation by making payment later, we were met with an unwarranted eviction threat. I firmly reminded the defendant of the legal requirement for a court order to effect eviction, to which she chillingly responded with the notion of fabricating grounds for our removal. She also tried to intimidate and threaten the job of the employee to get him to lie for her.

Subsequently, she proceeded to concoct baseless allegations of rule violations, specifically citing harassment of other guests—an outright falsehood. This egregious act of deception was motivated solely by a desire to circumvent landlord-tenant laws. Notably, this individual failed to furnish us with any written rules until today, further evidence of her capricious behavior.

I am pursuing legal action for the entirety of the $10,000 paid to Intown Suites, a sum reflective of our wrongful and fraudulent eviction, which left us without shelter. The complicity of corporate management in this travesty is evident, as they have disregarded our pleas for justice, failing to respond or intervene. The District Manage Leonard Jewell even blocked my emails when trying to report his general manager. Despite the absence of any substantiating evidence of wrongdoing, they have allowed their staff to act with impunity. There was no video evidence no written warnings of any complaints of no kind rent paid on time never late.

Fortunately, we possess a corroborating statement from the overnight staff member, attesting to our impeccable conduct throughout our tenancy. This travesty was not merely a misguided attempt to enforce rules but a calculated effort to silence dissent and maintain unchecked authority. It is imperative that we seek restitution and accountability for the injustice we have endured.
