The first room smelled bad and was not cleaned when I arrived they gave me another room. I took it because I was so tired. And I do appreciate The gentleman's who helped me with my instruments and equipment. But she gave me room with children above me, and I didn't sleep well at all here. The thumbing noises don't stop until after 11 pm. The cleaning service is not good if you need it. I think the price for this location and the service is not worth it or the rooms. I have seen better rooms concerning intown suites Texas girl! God bless you. Miss Jones 🎸

The lady at the front desk lied about the promise to pay a small fee for the people who stayed there with out hot water for 4days and all they are accommodating is $25. But didn't turn around and said if I don't renew my stay.I won't be able to get to twenty five dollars 😒 baddddd service 😒

I've stayed here at Intown Suites says, "Where value is extended is their theme song." That's a lie! I have been at this location for almost two years. I first learned that Georgia did not consider these "Extended Stay" facilities as residences. I first came to this property over a year ago. So, it was hard for me to get a decent job. Nothing they do is about the customer. I have paid my room in advance for a month over the last year. Intown is playing dumb like they don't see my payments even when you point them right to the payments on a bank statement. I'm disappointed in this company as they seem to operate under the cloak of, it is all about the company. I am a business student and have peeked into their operation. So, I have to approach this differently. I am not happy and almost despise this company now. I don't complain about much. Remember: This company has shown me, that they are not concerned about my interest, they eat and breathe money IN THEIR interest. I don't plan to stay here again when I leave. The bulk of this company's clientele are brown-skinned people. It gives me a picture of my $2000.00 a-month room that has not received any room service. I have my own everything.

The General Manager Tracey is always Professional, I have also seen her outside with a broom and dustpan in her hands helping keep the property clean. I feel she is the best at assisting with the needs of tenants also Great Prices and Attractions. You have a great view from the balcony of Everything and it's right in walking distance from the hotel. Variety of food restaurants and Several Shopping Stores for Clothes etc.

Good location. You can walk to several stores if you don't have a car. Rooms are nice and clean and newly renovated with modern decor. While the rooms are small the cleanliness and decor make up for it. There is no bathtub only a stand up shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the entire property is clean. They observe downtime hours and it's nice and quiet at night.

Management definitely backs up her words. They’ve definitely had more visits from Orkin to better handle the bug problem. The communication is also better as well, you know, just a simple call and they’ll rectify the issue as much as they can. As for those rude neighbors, they’ve moved on and that’s great because it makes the energy over here a lot more peaceful! The seasons are changing so I see a lot more movement with the employees getting ready for the fall. VERY GREAT !!!!!!!!!!

The room was nice. But tv didn’t work my whole stay. I just went without because I wasn’t comfortable with someone coming in to fix it. I didn’t like all the noise outside the room door. So much activity on this property. There was a fight outside my door, kids screaming all night and the contact from weed every time I left out the room was too much especially for how much I paid. People sitting on the steps getting high. The ground need pressure washing. It’s disgusting on the outside and too noisy. Can’t stay comfortably at this hotel. But staff manager was very welcoming.

Since I've been here the staff has been nothing short of positive, helpful, and accommodating. My room was clean when I arrived and surprisingly spacious. The area and location are good too. Everything you need is either walking distance or just a short drive away. And most importantly I feel safe here. If anyone should ever need to be in an extended stay hotel in this area I would without a doubt recommend this one.
