broken fixtures, roaches, mold and faulty lighting is unacceptable. Management is rude, unprofessional, and refuses to address these issues despite my weekly complaints about a leaking shower, mold, and a malfunctioning microwave.
After contacting corporate, the manager accused me of lying, became hostile, and told me I had to leave, even denying me an alternative room despite availability. Maintenance admitted repair requests aren’t logged properly, and while minor fixes were made, major problems remain unresolved. Management made it clear no repairs would happen until I vacated, which feels retaliatory and unprofessional.
The hostile behavior, negligence, and poor conditions here make it a terrible choice. Avoid this property—it’s not worth the stress or health risks.

Honestly horrible. The vent in the bathroom is leaking from the top floors bathroom. and the bathroom is tiny so it leaks on the toilet. There are literally roaches too. They got our money before even saying there was something wrong with the room.

The office management is great , I stayed for about a month the problem is the housekeepers don’t leave any extra towels soap or wash cloths have to bring your own ….. no Big deal the biggest problem at this property is the maintenance team, his name is Jeff , he charges you extra under the table for a room key even if you have it or call him after hours also charges extra for maintenance request , he gets drunk and ride around all night blasting music , he sells marijuana out of room 114 and is very rude a professional extortionist.
With better maintenance and a few extra towels , this place has the potential to be a 5 star hotel.

I stayed at the InTown Suites Extended Stay in Forest Park on January the 6th through the 13th of 2025 I really enjoyed my stay it was so relaxing my grandchildren came and spent one of the days with me my daughter came and spent the day with me it was a Christmas gift from my children and their spouses I really enjoyed myself the sweet is very clean and I rested so good I wanted to extend it another week I told my children the next time I say I'm going to stay for a month thank you for your service and your customer service was fantastic thank you

My stay at InTown Suites in Forest Park Ga, was the worst stay at a hotel in my whole life and I'll never return to this establishment again for the rest of my life. I rate this place at the bottom of the list for me,if you do better do so.

I love staying at Intown Suites. The staff are very helpful and hardworking. Upon checking in the manager is pleasant and very direct. She let us know what the rules are. So my advice is to smoke in the designated area. Also, if you have service animals preferably dogs ladies and gents carry your pooper-scooper. Great place to stay.

At this hotel there was mold and roaches. It was practically a prostitute arena. Will never go back here again

I stayed here for about 2 maybe 3 months. Upon check in the room it self was nice and clean with a very calm color scheme. The bedding was clean free of any smells other than fresh linen. The bathroom was nice as well with a walk in shower with great water pressure. The stove stop was very ideal for me because I do like to cook and I was glad to be able to do that during my stay. There’s a decent amount of counter space and a good amount of cabinet space as well. The closet are was nice for me because I all my clothes excluding my hoodies fit into the closet and all my shoes fit on the racks inside. But that can differ for other people. I personally received great service from the safe including management, house keeping and maintenance. Location wise it was great for me because the interstate is close by as well as there is a Kroger and Walmart close by as well. Over all I didn’t have any issues during my stay.
