First and foremost, this place is way too expensive. $400+ a week for what this place offers is absolutely ridiculous.
They don’t offer any tissue, trash bags or towels. They act like it’s a problem to even let you borrow a broom.
They have a “cleaning day” once a week on Mondays, but they don’t actually clean anything.
They ask you if you need sheets and/or pillow cases. Only, they rarely have any pillow cases at all.
And with this total lack of sanitation, there’s of course roaches. The rooms are infested with roaches-I’m crushing them day and night. The office is closed at the most random of times, so it’s hard to get ahold of any employees.
DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LEGITIMATELY HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS!!!!!!

This room had roaches and charging 400+ dollars a week . My wife is pregnant , the first room we stayed in had mildew in the ceiling, they moved us to another room because our room flooded out it ruined our clothes and ruined our electronics .

Nasty and does NOT have an electric car charging station, yet I called and they said all locations do. The only reason I came here is because they said they had a charging station.

Well, I must say that out of all the extended stays I've been to Intown Suites are really nice. My room was so cozy set up like a hotel. Big huge TV, open kitchen area, nice bathroom. Most of all, my bed!!!!! was very cozy and I had ice trays! Staff is wonderful. They answer all your questions. This is a place to come lay your head down for sure, I'll come again.

I had a room for one week. It was my first time staying at InTown Suites Conyers. The staff was very nice and professional. The upgraded room was nice clean and comfortable.

I showed up for my check in only to be told there are no rooms available..huh...a deposit was withdrawn 2 days prior for the reservation Charles stated that it was against their policy to give refunds that I would need to take it up with corporation. In addition Charles was extremely rude and showed an" I could care less attitude ".. when I asked about being refunded again Charles stated to me that he has a problem with me and I did not want a problem with the property manager that is it against their policy to give refunds. I am not a young lady in this is the worst of the worst customer experience I have ever had. If your room is overbooked there should be no issue with her refunding the money. Make it make sense. Very unprofessional environment establishment excetera all that.

Although gm Charles is great the in town policies and procedures needs improvement. I showed up for my check in only to be told there are no rooms available..huh...a deposit was withdrawn 2 days prior for $50.48 but now I'm checking in with my kids and bags, luggage just getting off work to be told there aren't any rooms available. Charles told me to check back the next day and he will TRY to hold a room for me. So me and kids slept in the car that night. Yes Charles was able to secure a room for me the next day but what's the purpose of booking a room if when you get there your still homeless...these are people lives you guys are playing with and it's unfortunate because most of in town business comes from individuals who have no wear to live and don't have alternatives. It's sad
